شیوه های ‌به‌کارگیری تکنیک‌های عملیات ‌روانی در وبگاه ها و شبکه‌های اجتماعی در حوزه امنیت عمومی

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش کنونی با هدف شناسایی تکنیک های استفاده از عملیات روانی در وبگاه ها و شبکه های اجتماعی با رویکرد امنیت عمومی در ابعاد مختلف خبری و رسانه ای، نگارش شده است.روش: این پژوهش به صورت آمیخته با دو روش انجام شده است: روش اول این پژوهش، تحلیل محتوا و جامعه آماری آن شامل 539 مورد از مطالب و اخبار مرتبط با عملیات روانی و امنیت عمومی در وبگاه های همشهری آنلاین و جام جم آنلاین و شبکه های اجتماعی مجازی شامل کانال تلگرامی باشگاه خبرنگاران جوان و کانال تلگرامی خبر فوری است. نمونه آماری این بخش از پژوهش براساس تحلیل محتوای 265 مطلب در قالب های مختلف خبری در شبکه های اجتماعی مورد اشاره و 274 مطلب در قالب های مختلف خبری در وبگاه های مورد اشاره به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی نظام‌مند می باشد. روش دوم این پژوهش، کمی (پیمایش) است که براساس آن، تعداد 60 پرسش‌نامه بین نخبگان، خبرگان و کارشناسان حوزه عملیات روانی و امنیت عمومی در فراجا توزیع شده است. گفتنی است که در هر دو روش، از آزمون آماری خی‌دو استفاده شده است.یاقته‌ها: یافته های پژوهش در بخش تحلیل محتوا، حاکی از آن است که رسانه های مورد مطالعه، از تکنیک عملیات روانی «....»، بیشتر از سایر تکنیک ها در تهیه و تولید و انتشار اخبار و مطالبشان در حوزه عملیات روانی استفاده کرده اند، درحالی‌که یافته های بخش دوم و روش پیمایش، حاکی از این است که خبرگان و کارشناسان حوزه عملیات روانی و امنیت عمومی معتقدند که وبگاه ها و  شبکه های اجتماعی در اخبار و مطالب حوزه عملیات روانی از تکنیک «....»، بیشترین استفاده را می برند. همچنین از هفت فرضیه این پژوهش، شش فرضیه رد و تنها یک فرضیه تایید شد.نتایج: نتایج حاکی از این است که عقاید و نظرات خبرگان و کارشناسان حوزه عملیات روانی و امنیت عمومی درباره محتوای وبگاه ها و شبکه های اجتماعی که در آنها با استفاده از تکنیک های عملیات روانی به مسائل امنیتی جامعه پرداخته می شود، هم از لحاظ شکلی و هم محتوایی، با واقعیات علمی و روزآمد جامعه متفاوت است، بنابراین لازم است که آنان در دیدگاه ها و سیاستگذاری هایشان نسبت به اینگونه مسائل تجدیدنظر کنند.

methods of using psychological operation techniques in websites and social networks in the field of public security

field and purpose:the present research is organized whit the topic of examining the styles and methods of applying psychological operation techniques in the content of virtual social networks and sites in the field of public security.research method: this research has been done by combining two methods.in the first part, the content analysis method is used and the statistical population in this part of the research includes 539 articles and news related to psycho operations and public security in online hamshahri and jame-jam online sites and social networks, including the telegram channel of the young scholars club and telegram channel is breaking news.the statistical sample of this part of the research was selected based on the content analysis of 265 articles in different formats in social networks and 274 articles in the mentioned sites. the volume of the samples is equal to the materials used to review the samples of the reverse questionnaire that the researcher made and based on the researcher’s indicators. also, in the second part quantitative method of this research, a survey was used, based on which, 60 series of questionnaires were distributed among the genius, experts and masters in the field of psycho operations and general operations.it should be noted that in both methods, the chi-square statistical test was used.findings: the findings of the research in the content analysis section indicate that the studied media have used the psychological operation technique ..., more than other techniques in preparing, producing and publishing their news and content in the field of psychological operations, while the findings of the second part and the survey method indicate that experts and experts in the field of psychological operations and public security believe that websites and social networks make the most use of the ... technique in the news and content of the field of psychological operations. also, out of seven hypotheses of this research, six hypotheses were rejected and only one hypothesis was confirmed.results: the results indicate that the opinions and opinions of experts and experts in the field of psychological operations and public security about the content of websites and social networks in which the security issues of society are addressed using psychological operations techniques, both in terms of form and content. it is different from the scientific and modern realities of the society, so it is necessary for them to reconsider their views and policies regarding such issues.
