بررسی عوامل تصادفات عابران پیاده در شهر اراک

هدف و زمینه: رفتارهای ترافیکی را می‌توان با استفاده از یک الگوی مبتنی‌بر انضباط اجتماعی اصلاح کرد. تصادفات رانندگی حوادث چندوجهی‌ هستند که درواقع چندین عامل در آنها نقش دارند.هدف اصلی پژوهش، عوامل تصادفات عابران پیاده در شهر اراک بررسی تصادفات به لحاظ زمان و نوع (خودرو، موتورسیکلت، عابر، واژگونی و مانند آن)، شناسایی موارد دارای بیشترین تکرار و آسیب‌دیدگان و ارائه راه‌کارهایی برای کاهش عوامل تاثیرگذار است.روش: روش تحقیق این پژوهش ازنظر ماهیت، کاربردی و بنیادین بوده و از نظر روش گردآوری اطلاعات جزو تحقیق‌های توصیفی بوده است. از دیدگاه راهبرد‌های پژوهش، این تحقیق جزو تحقیق‌های کیفی بوده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، خبره‌های حوزه رفتارهای ترافیکی هستند. روش نمونه‌گیری در این تحقیق به صورت هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی بوده است و برای اتمام گلوله‌برفی از رویکرد حد اشباع نظری استفاده‌ شده است. در این تحقیق، چهارده مصاحبه با افراد صاحب دانش در زمینه موضوع رفتارهای ترافیکی انجام ‌شده است و برای تحلیل و شناسه‌گذاری مصاحبه‌های استخراج‌شده از رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد بهره گرفته شده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نرخ بالای تصادفات را می‌بایست به‌عنوان شرایط علی این پژوهش در نظر گرفت. هم‌چنین پدیده اصلی، سیاست‌های پیش‌گیرانه درزمینه پژوهش می‌باشد. شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل عوامل انسانی و محیطی و عوامل مداخله‌گر، فرهنگ ترافیکی و قوانین و مقررات ترافیکی، شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری:آموزش و روزآمدسازی تجهیزات به‌عنوان راهبرد لازم درراستای دست‌یابی به پیامد تبیین شد و درنهایت نیز انضباط اجتماعی به‌عنوان پیامد این قبیل رفتارها در رفتار ترافیکی معرفی شد.

investigating the factors of pedestrian accidents in arak

purpose and context: traffic behaviors can be modified using a model based on social discipline. traffic accidents are multifaceted accidents in which several factors play a role. the main purpose of the research is the factors of pedestrian accidents in the city of arak, investigating accidents in terms of time and type (car, motorcycle, pedestrian, overturning, etc.), identifying the most frequent cases. and victims and providing solutions to reduce the influencing factors.method: the research method of this research is applied and fundamental in nature, and in terms of the data collection method, it is a descriptive research. from the perspective of research strategies, this research was one of the qualitative researches. the statistical population of this research are experts in the field of traffic behaviors. the sampling method in this research was purposeful and snowball, and the theoretical saturation limit approach was used to complete the snowball. in this research, fourteen interviews were conducted with people who have knowledge in the field of traffic behaviors, and the database theory approach was used to analyze and identify the extracted interviews.findings: the research results show that the high rate of accidents should be considered as the causal conditions of this research. also, the main phenomenon is preventive policies in the field of research. intervening conditions including human and environmental factors and intervening factors, traffic culture and traffic laws and regulations were identified.  conclusion: training and updating of equipment was explained as a necessary strategy in order to achieve the result, and finally, social discipline was introduced as a consequence of such behaviors in traffic behavior.
