بررسی تاکتیک‌های آموزش و آگاهسازی رسانه‌های جمعی بر امنیت پایدار جمهوری اسلامی ایران

زمینه و هدف: رسانه‌های جمعی با کارکرد‌های مشخص و تعیین‌کننده خود، جایگاه ویژه‌ای در جامعه یافته‌اند.  رسانه‌های جمعی با تاکید بر سواد رسانه‌ای و آموزش رسانه‌ای می‌توانند، نقش موثری در تحکیم حاکمیت، اعتمادسازی مردم به حاکمیت و نیز افزایش پارامترهای امنیت پایدار را به صورت عینی و ذهنی در جامعه ایجاد کنند. رسانه‌های جمعی دارای کارکردهای متفاوت و متعددی هستند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تاکتیک‌های آموزش و آگاهسازی رسانه‌های جمعی بر امنیت پایدار جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌باشد.روش: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 100 نفر از صاحبنظران امور رسانه‌ای یکی از سازمان‌های امنیتی است. در این تحقیق به منظور اتقان بیشتر و تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج و یافته‌های پژوهش، حجم نمونه به‌صورت تمام‌شمار انتخاب گردید و از طریق پرسشنامه محقق‌‌ساخته تهیه و در اختیار صاحبنظران و نخبگان قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: داده‌های این پژوهش که مبتنی بر 14 شاخص بود که گزاره‌های: نیازسنجی آموزشی؛ استفاده از روش‌های ادراکی و فهمی در آموزش و آگاهسازی؛ تاثیر تقدم و تاخر پیام؛ ایجاد و ارتقای انگیزه و علاقه در مخاطبان؛ و نیز تنوع در تکرار آموزش و آگاهسازی رسانه‌ای، به عنوان مهم‌ترین تاکتیک‌های آموزش و آگاهسازی رسانه‌های جمعی بر امنیت پایدار جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تلقی می‌گردند.نتیجه‌گیری: مبتنی بر نتایج این پژوهش بایستی اذعان نمود که متولیان تامین امنیت در جامعه، می‌بایست ابتدا نسبت به نیازسنجی آموزشی اقدام نمایند و با توجه به کارکرد دوسویه رسانه‌های جمعی، بهره‌گیری بهینه از تاکتیک‌های آموزش و آگاهسازی، نقش مهمی در نوع کارکرد مثبت یا منفی خواهد داشت.

investigating the tactics of mass media education and awareness on the sustainable security of the islamic republic of iran

background and aim: mass media with their specific and determining functions, have found a special place in society.by emphasizing media literacy and media education, the mass media can play an effective role in consolidating governance, building people’s trust in governance, and increasing the parameters of sustainable security objectively and subjectively in society. mass media have many different functions.the purpose of this study is to investigate the tactics of mass media education and awareness on the sustainable security of the islamic republic of iran.methodology: the research method in this research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of descriptive method. the statistical population of this research includes 100 media experts from one of the security organizations.in this study, in order to be more convincing and generalizable research results and findings, the sample size was selected as a whole.findings and conclusion: the data of this study, which was based on 14 indicators, were prepared through a researcher-made questionnaire and provided to experts and elites.findings and results showed that the propositions: educational needs assessment; use of perceptual and comprehension methods in education and awareness; the effect of message precedence and delay; creating and promoting motivation and interest in the audience; also, diversity in the repetition of media education and awareness are considered as the most important tactics of mass media education and awareness on the sustainable security of the islamic republic of iran.
