الگوواره نظم اجتماعی در پرتو پیشگیری از سرقت خودرو (مورد مطالعه: شهر تهران)

زمینه و هدف: نظم اجتماعی در تقابل با هرج‌ومرج یا بی‌نظمی اجتماعی است و به وضعیت باثبات جامعه گفته می‌شود که در آن ساختار اجتماعی موجود توسط اعضای آن پذیرفته و حفظ می‌شود. وجود برخی ناهنجاری ها ازجمله سرقت، نظم اجتماعی را با چالش مواجه می‌سازد. هدف از پژوهش کنونی، ارائه الگوواره نظم اجتماعی در پرتو پیشگیری از سرقت خودرو در شهر تهران است.روش: در پژوهش کنونی، با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و راهبرد استفهامی به مطالعه سرقت خودرو و راه های پیشگیری از آن پرداخته شد. شرکت کنندگان در مصاحبه، کارکنان پلیس های پیشگیری و آگاهی تهران بزرگ بودند که دارای بیش از بیست سال سابقه کار بودند. با نخبگان این تحقیق درباره پدیده سرقت خودرو در شهر تهران، مصاحبه انجام شد. داده‌های پژوهش با نمونه گیری هدفمند و نظری و مصاحبه با 16 نفر از روسای کلانتری و کارآگاهان برجسته در حوزه مقابله با سرقت خودرو، به دست آمده است. خروجی مصاحبه ها در بسته های شرایط (علی، زمینه ای و مداخله گر)، تعامل ها (فرایندها)، پیامدها و راه‌کارهای مبتنی‌بر الگوی گرندد تئوری دسته بندی شد. به‌عبارتی برای تحلیل داده ها از نظریه زمینه ای استفاده شد.یافته‌ ها: براساس داده‌ ها، چهار مفهوم شامل شرایط (علی، زمینه ای و مداخله گر)، تعامل ها (فرایندها)، پیامدها و راه‌کارها به دست آمد که به 31 مقوله اصلی تقلیل داده شدند. سپس مقولات اصلی در قالب الگوواره قرار داده و تشریح شد.نتیجه ‌گیری: سرقت خودرو همچون برخی از سرقت ها، بر روح و روان مالباختگان و افراد جامعه، تاثیر منفی زیادی دارد و سهم آن در کاهش احساس امنیت نسبتاً بالاست. اجرای راه‌کارهای پیشگیرانه از سرقت خودرو باید به‌عنوان یک راهبرد در هماهنگی با اجزاء جامعه و به‌منظور پیشگیری از ورود خدشه به تبلور نظم اجتماعی، مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

paradigmatic model of social order in the light of car theft prevention (study case: tehran city)

context and purpose: social order is opposed to social chaos or disorder and refers to the stable state of society in which the existing social structure is accepted and maintained by its members. the existence of some anomalies, including theft, challenges the social order. the purpose of this research is to present a paradigmatic model of social order in the light of car theft prevention in tehran.method: in the current research, using a qualitative approach and a questioning strategy, car theft and ways to prevent it were studied. the participants in the interview were selected from the employees of the prevention and awareness police of greater tehran who had more than twenty years of service and at least five years of service in the prevention and awareness police in greater tehran. elites were interviewed in this research about the phenomenon of car theft in tehran. the research data was obtained by purposeful and theoretical sampling and interviews with 16 police chiefs and prominent detectives in the field of dealing with car theft. the output of the interviews was categorized into packages of conditions (causal, contextual, intervening), interactions (processes), consequences and solutions based on the grand theory model. in other words, contextual theory was used to analyze the data.findings: according to the data, four concepts including conditions (causal, contextual, intervening), interactions (processes), consequences and solutions were obtained, which were reduced to 31 main categories. then, the main categories were placed in the form of a paradigm model and explained.conclusion: car theft, like some thefts, has a great negative effect on the morale and psyche of the property losers and people in society, and its contribution to reducing the sense of security is relatively high. the implementation of preventive measures against car theft should be considered as a strategy in the coordination of the society’s components, in order to prevent damage to the crystallization of social order.
