واکاوی پیامدهای زیست‌محیطی ریزگردها بر سویه‌های امنیت ملی (مطالعه؛ استان ایلام)

زمینه و هدف: دانشمندان معتقدند که محیط زیست با فرایندهای توسعه و امنیت انسان، نسبت مستقیم دارد بر همین اساس مطالعه کنونی تلاش کرده آثار و پیامدهای ریزگردها را بر سویه‌های امنیت ملی مورد واکاوی قرار دهد.روش: با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و روش تماتیک با تعداد 20 نفر از نخبگان، دست‌اندرکاران و آگاهان به مسئله امنیت، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. بر اساس منطق روش کیفی، مصاحبه با افراد موردنظر به روش گلوله‌برفی و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ریزگردها، پایه‌های امنیت اجتماعی- فرهنگی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و دفاعی-امنیتی استان مورد مطالعه را نشانه گرفته‌اند. این پدیده می‌تواند در صورت استمرار و عدم ارائه راه‌کارهای اساسی در مقابله با آن در درازمدت امنیت اجتماعی و به‌تبع آن امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را با چالش روبه‌رو کند.

analyzing the environmental consequences of fine dust on the aspects of national security (study, ilam province)

background and purpose: scientists believe that environment is in direct connection with security of society. therefore the this research tries to explore the effects and crisis of fine dust on national security.method: using a qualitative approach and a thematic method, a semi-structured interview was conducted with twenty elites, practitioners and those who are aware of the security issue. based on the logic of the qualitative method, the interview with the target people was continued by the until theoretical saturation was reached.result: it was found thatfine dust have aimed the foundations of the social - cultural, economic, political and defense security of the province. results: if this phenomenon continues and basic solutions are not provided to deal with it in the long term, the society security and therefore the national security of the islamic republic of iran will face a challenge.
