الگوی کنترل جو ورزشگاه با رویکرد امنیت پایدار در رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی ایران

زمینه و هدف: کنترل جو ورزشگاه برای برگزاری رویدادی امن و بانشاط از مهمترین چالش‌های دست‌اندرکاران و مسئولان برگزاری رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی است. هدف این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی کنترل جو ورزشگاه برای استقرار امنیت پایدار رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی در ایران می‌باشد.روش: این پژوهش با روش کیفی مبتنی ‌بر نظریه زمینه‌ای انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20 نفر از خبرگان [(مدیریت ورزشی (7 نفر)، امنیتی و انتظامی (7 نفر) نخبگان روان‌شناسی اجتماعی (5 نفر)] جمع‌آوری شد که به صورت هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، ادامه یافت و برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش شناسه‌گذاری استفاده شد. برای دستیابی به روایی، نتایج پژوهش به مشارکت‌کنندگان ارائه و اصلاحات مدنظر آنها اِعمال شد و برای بررسی روایی از روش بازآزمون استفاده و میانگین میزان پایایی بازآزمون (82 درصد) به‌دست آمد.یافته ‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، عوامل علی شامل مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی صحیح، کنترل انتظامی و امنیتی و تعامل و ارتباطات سازمانی؛ عوامل زمینه‌ای شامل اقدامات روان‌شناختی، مدیریت روانی و عملیات روانی پلیس؛ عوامل مداخله‌گر شامل کارکرد ضعیف رسانه‌ها، ضعف مدیریت فرهنگی رویداد، ضعف خدمات رفاهی و زیرساخت‌های ورزشگاه‌ها؛ راهبردها شامل توجیه و ارشاد هواداران، اقدامات قضایی به‌موقع، فناوری اطلاعاتی، بهبود امکانات رفاهی، بهبود دیپلماسی ورزشی، بهبود درآمدزایی و مدیریت فرهنگی یکپارچه بودند.نتیجه‌گیری: دست‌اندرکاران برای کنترل جو ورزشگاه تلاش کنند تا زمینه لازم برای حفظ آرامش روانی تماشاگران را فراهم کنند. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود متولیان برای این منظور با اقدامات روحی- روانی، انتظامی و رفع موانع، بستر کنترل جو ورزشگاه را به‌وجود آورند.

model of atmosphere control with sustainable securityapproach in mega sports events in iran

background and objective: controlling stadium atmosphere for a safe and merry event is one of the most challenging challenges for the players and officials of big sports events. the purpose of this research is designing a model for controlling the atmosphere of the stadium for the establishment of the sustainable security of large sport events in iran.method: this research was carried out by qualitative method based on grounded theory. data were collected by semi - structured interviews with 20 experts (7 people), security and law enforcement (7 people) social psychology elites (n = 5) that were purposefully gathered to achieve theoretical saturation of data collection. to achieve validity , the results of the research were presented to the participants and they were applied to the participants and the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using the test - retest method .results: the results showed that causal factors including management and proper planning, disciplinary control, security and interaction and organizational communication; factors including poor media function, cultural management and psychological operation; strategies include justification and guidance of fans, timely judicial actions, improvement of welfare facilities, improving income and cultural management.conclusion: managers try to control the atmosphere of the sport stadium to provide the necessary ground for the maintenance of mental relaxation of spectators. therefore, it is suggested that for this purpose, the custodians of mental health, law enforcement and removing the obstacles, should create the atmosphere of the stadium atmosphere.
