بررسی رابطۀ حاشیه‌نشینی با تجمعات غیرقانونی منجر به اغتشاش (با تاکید بر غرب استان تهران)

زمینه و هدف: امروزه یکی از روش‌های دشمن ایجاد اغتشاش، ناامنی و ... از طریق بزرگنمایی مسائل و مشکلات اجتماعی و اقتصادی از جمله معضلات مناطق حاشیه‌نشین است، پژوهش حاضر را با هدف تبیین رابطه حاشیه‌نشینی با تجمعات غیرقانونی منجر به اغتشاش در غرب استان تهران انجام شده است.روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ روش توصیفی و از لحاظ گرد‌آوری آمار و اطلاعات به روش پیمایشی از طریق پرسشنامه انجام شده است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیۀ کارکنان و مسئولان فرماندهی انتظامی ویژه غرب استان تهران و حجم نمونه 72 نفر برآورد شد که براساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه ای مورد سئوال قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از نرم افزار spss و آزمون‌های آماری اسپیرمن و  فریدمن استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: مطابق یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر حاشیه‌نشینی و تجمعات غیرقانونی در کشور ما واژه‌ای بیگانه نبوده و نتایج تحقیق از رابطه معنادار بین حاشیه‌نشینی و تجمعات غیرقانونی منجر به اغتشاش در 5 سال اخیر در غرب استان تهران حکایت دارد و تاثیر مولفه نارضایتی‌های عمومی در مناطق حاشیه‌نشین ارجحیت بیشتری نسبت به سایر مولفه‌ها در تجمعات غیرقانونی منجر به اغتشاش را به خود اختصاص داده است.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این که مناطق حاشیه‌نشین غرب استان تهران از نقاط کم برخوردار محسوب می‌شوند ساکنان آن مناطق، به لحاظ مولفه‌های نارضایتی‌های عمومی، ویژگی‌های خاص، بیکاری و محرومیت های اجتماعی به عنوان یک قشر آسیب پذیر جامعه با روحیه هیجانی  به سبب کمبودهای اجتماعی و اقتصادی در مواقع بحران ( تجمعات غیرقانونی، حوادث غیرمترقبه طبیعی و غیرطبیعی و...) معاندان و عوامل وابسته به بیگانه قرار گرفته و به عنوان یک قشر آسیب زا در ایجاد اغتشاش ایفای نقش می‌کنند

background and objective: today, one of the enemy’s methods is to create unrest, insecurity, etc. by exaggerating social and economic issues and problems, including the problems of marginalized areas. tehran has been done.method: in terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive method, and in terms of collecting statistics and information, the present research has been carried out by survey method through questionnaire. the statistical population includes all the employees and officials of the west special police command of tehran province and the sample size was estimated to be 72 people who were questioned based on stratified random sampling. spss software and spearman and friedman statistical tests were used to analyze the research data.findings: according to the findings of the current research, marginalization and illegal gatherings are not foreign words in our country, and the results of the research indicate a significant relationship between marginalization and illegal gatherings leading to disturbances in the west of tehran province in the last 5 years, and the effect of the component of public dissatisfaction in marginal areas is more preferable than it has been attributed to other components in illegal gatherings leading to disturbances.conclusion: due to the fact that the marginal areas in the west of tehran province are considered to have low points, the residents of those areas, in terms of the components of general dissatisfaction, special characteristics, unemployment and social deprivation, as a vulnerable segment of the society with an emotional spirit due to social and economic deficiencies in times of crisis (illegal gatherings, unexpected natural and unnatural events, etc.), enemies and factors dependent on foreigners are placed and play a role in causing disturbances as a traumatic group.
