فراتحلیل پژوهش های انجام شده درخصوص پلیس و عدالت ترمیمی

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش به منظور فراتحلیل پژوهش های انجام یافته در ارتباط با نقش وجایگاه پلیس درعدالت ترمیمی بارویکرد پیشگیری ازجرم انجام گرفت.از این‌رو، هدف از پژوهش‌ حاضر، به‌‌کارگیری روش فرا تحلیل به منظور تحلیل و ترکیب نتایج مطالعات صورت ‌گرفته پیرامون ارتباط میان پلیس و عدالت ترمیمی از بین پژوهشهای مورد یافت محقق اعم ازطرحهای پژوهشی،تحقیقات علمی وپایان نامه های کارشناسی ارشدودکتری است. روش: این پژوهش از نوع، فراتحلیل با هدف ارزیابی ارتباط میان نقش وجایگاه پلیس درعدالت ترمیمی بارویکرد پیشگیری ازجرم به روش پیمایشی پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات اولیه از طریق مطالعه اسنادی، کتابخانه ای و میدانی، از 46 پژوهش مرتبط  در سال‌های 1400-1386 صورت گرفته و با به‌‌کارگیری ابزار پیمایش در جوامع آماری متفاوت برحسب سنجه‌های پایا به انجام رسیده.دراولین مرحله ارزیابی پژوهش‌های منتخب،مفروضات همگنی وخطای انتشار،مورد بررسی که دست یافته های این تحقیق حکایت ازنا‌همگنی اندازه‌ اثر و عدم سوگیری انتشار مطالعات موردبررسی را بهمراه داشته.درمرحله دوم، ضریب اندازه اثر و نقش تعدیل‌ کنندگی متغیرجنسیت با به‌کارگیری نسخه دوم نرم‌افزار cma موردارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از ترکیب مطالعات و ضرایب اثر حاکی از آن است که، اندازه نقش یا ضریب نقش پذیری اقدامات پلیس بامحوریت اقدام پیشگیرانه درموضوع عدالت ترمیمی معادل ‌0.51است که برحسب نظام تفسیری کوهن ،این میزان، تاثیری درحد بالا ارزیابی و همچنین با درنظرگرفتن نوع اقدام های پیشگیرانه به عنوان متغیر ، این ضریب برای نشستهای گروهی و ترمیمی (0.52) بالاتر ازمیانجیگری(0.40)موردارزیابی قرارگرفته. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشانگر این مطلب می باشد که: عملکرد ارائه شده ازسوی پلیس درعدالت ترمیمی اثرگذار بوده؛ اگرچه این میزان در بین نشستهای گروهی و ترمیمی بیشتر از میانجیگری است. اقدامات تخصصی وحرفه ی پلیس در نشستهای گروهی و ترمیمی فراتر از میانجیگری و زمینه ‌‌ساز نیل به رسیدن اهداف عدالت ترمیمی در راستای تحقق و انجام وظایف محوله می باشد.

meta-analysis of the researches done about the police and restorative justice

background and aim: this study was conducted to metaanalyze the researches related to the role and position of police in restorative justice and crime prevention in amin university of law enforcement sciences and outofuniversity research. therefore, the purpose of this study is to use metaanalysis method to analyze combining the results of studies on the relationship between police and restorative justice are among the researches found by the researcher, including research projects, scientific research, and master’s and doctoral dissertations.method: in order to perform the present metaanalysis, 46 related studies conducted in 20072009 with the aim of assessing the relationship between the role and position of the police in restorative justice and crime prevention practices were selected. selected surveys have been conducted by survey method and using survey tools in different statistical communities and in terms of reliable metrics. in the first step of evaluating selected studies, assumptions of homogeneity and publication error, the findings of this study indicate the heterogeneity of the size of the work and the lack of bias in the publication of the studied studies. it placed.results: the results of the combination of studies and coefficients of effect indicate that the role or coefficient of role of police actions with a focus on preventive action in the field of restorative justice is equal to 0.51, which according to cohen’s interpretive system, this rate is highly effective and also considering the type of preventive measures as a variable, this coefficient has been evaluated for group and restorative sessions (0.52) above mediation (0.40).conclusion: the results of the study indicate that: the performance provided by the police has been effective in restorative justice; however, this rate is higher than mediation between group and restorative sessions. the specialized and professional actions of the police in group and remedial meetings are beyond mediation and pave the way for achieving the goals of restorative justice in order to fulfill and perform the assigned tasks.
