تاثیر وضعیت حقوق و مسئولیت های شهروندی بر امنیت اجتماعی در جامعه

زمینه و هدف: شناخت و سنجش وضعیت حقوق و مسئولیت‌های شهروندی در ارتباط با امنیت اجتماعی در جامعه امروزی ایران، دغدغه و مسئله این پژوهش است. روش: در این پژوهش، نوع تحقیق کمی، روش به‌کاررفته در این تحقیق، پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کارشناسان شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحدهای تهران جنوب و تهران شمال و شهرداری منطقه 4 و 7 تهران است که حجم نمونه از شیوه نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای و به صورت هدفمند به تعداد 120 نفر انتخاب شده است. داده‌های پژوهش در بخش توصیفی با بهره‌گیری از آزمون میانگین و در بخش استنباطی نیز با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌.ال‌.اس تحلیل شده است. یافته‌ها: میانگین ابعاد مسئولیت‌های شهروندی (2.51)، حقوق شهروندی (2.50) و امنیت اجتماعی (2.505) در جامعه پایین‌تر از حد متوسط است. بالاترین میانگین در میان مولفه‌های مربوط به بُعد حقوق شهروندی متعلق به حقوق فرهنگی و بُعد مسئولیت‌های شهروندی و مسئولیت‌های سیاسی شهروندان است. تاثیر بُعد حقوق شهروندی با مقدار بتای (0.59) و مقدار آزمون تی (3.79) در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان بر امنیت اجتماعی معنادار است. بُعد مسئولیت‌های شهروندی نیز با مقدار بتای (0.37) و آزمون تی(2.26) در سطح 95 درصد اطمینان بر امنیت اجتماعی تاثیر معناداری دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: پایین‌بودن حقوق شهروندی و مسئولیت‌های شهروندی، امکان تحقق امنیت اجتماعی را در جامعه با چالش مواجه می‌سازد، این موضوع به‌عنوان یک مسئله باید مورد مطالعه جدی‌تر، هم در حوزه نظر و هم در حوزه عمل، برای امکان تحقق امنیت اجتماعی از طرف متولیان ایجاد نظم و امنیت به‌ویژه پلیس در سطح جامعه قرار گیرد.

the effect of citizenship rights status and responsibilities on social security in society

background and goals: recognizing and assessing the status of citizenship rights and responsibilities in relation to social security in modern iranian society is the concern and issue of this study. method: in this research, the type of research is quantitative, the method used in this research, is survey. the statistical population of the study includes experts working in the islamic azad university, south tehran and north tehran branches and the municipalities of districts 4 and 7 of tehran. the sample size is purpose fully 120 people based on cluster sampling. the research data were analyzed in the descriptive part using the mean test and in the inferential part using the smart payal software.results: the average dimensions of citizenship responsibilities (2.51), citizenship rights (2.50) and social security (2.505) in society are lower than average. the highest average among the components related to the dimension of citizenship rights belongs to cultural rights and the dimension of citizenship responsibilities and political responsibilities of citizens. the effect of the dimension of citizenship rights with beta value (0.59) and t test value (3.79) at the level of 99% confidence on social security is significant. the dimension of citizenship responsibilities with a beta value (0.37) and a t test (2.26) at the level of 95% confidence has a significant effect on social security.conclusion: low civil rights and citizenship responsibilities challenge the possibility of achieving social security in society. this issue should be studied more seriously, both in terms of theory and practice, to enable social security by those in charge order and security, especially the police, should be at the community level.
