مشارکت پلیس-مدرسه در ایجاد مدارس امن با محوریت مطالعه بر زنان پلیس

زمینه و هدف: همه‌گیری روزافزون آسیب های اجتماعی در بین دانش آموزان، موجب پررنگ‌شدن نقش پلیس در مدرسه و پدیدآمدن مفهوم مشارکت پلیس مدرسه به‌ویژه نقش زنان پلیس در پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی در ایجاد مدارس امن شده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش‌های موردمشاهده و موردانتظار از زنان پلیس در پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی در مدارس و الزامات تحقق این نقش‌ها از منظر مدیران و نخبگان ناجا و مدیران آموزش و پرورش انجام شده است.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع تحلیل محتواست. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه مدیران و نخبگان علمی ناجا و آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران است که از آن میان، 12 مدیر ناجا (با دامنۀ سنی 5838 سال) و 7 نفر از مدیران آموزش و پرورش (سابقۀ مدیریت 253 سال) به شیوه گلوله‌برفی تا دستیابی به اشباع داده، انتخاب شدند. ابزار سنجش مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بود.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که نقش های کنونی زنان پلیس در چند دسته نقش تعریف‌شده مبتنی‌بر ملاحظات فرهنگی، نقش مشاور مربی و نقش‌های تعریف‌شده فاقد تناسب و نقش های موردانتظار در دو دسته نقش ضابطیت و اجرای قانون و نقش اجتماع‌محور از دیدگاه مدیران ناجا و آموزش و پرورش قابل احصاست. همچنین پیش نیاز و موانع تحقق نقش های موردانتظار از زنان پلیس در چند طبقه ساختاری، فردی و اجتماعی قابل‌اعتناست.نتیجه‌گیری: بازنگری در الگوهای نامنسجم موجود، نیازمند بازنگری در تعریف خدمات پلیس به شهروندان، اقناع طرف دیگر مشارکت برای حضور پلیس و بافت آسیب‌شناسانۀ مدارس از حیث همه‌گیری آسیب است.

School-Police Cooperation in Creating Safe Schools with a focus on Police Women

Background and Aim: The increasing prevalence of social has highlighted the role of the police in school and the emergence of the concept of policeschool cooperation especially the police women in preventing social harm in creating safe schools. The aim of this study was to investigate the observed and expected roles of women police in preventing social injuries in schools and the requirements for the realization of these roles from the perspective of NAJA and Education principals and elites.Method: The research design is qualitative and the method is content analysis. The study population was all managers and scientific elites of NAJA and Education principals in Tehran, from which 12 NAJA (with the age range of 3838 years) and 7 Education principals (2 with management experience of 325 years) were selected by snowball method to achieve data saturation. The measurement tool was a semistructured interview.Findings: The results showed that the observed roles of police women in several categories of defined roles based on cultural considerations, the role of counselorcoach and defined roles are inappropriate and the expected roles can be counted in two categories: the role of law enforcement and the communitybased role from the point of view of NAJA and education principals. Also, the prerequisites and obstacles to fulfilling the expected roles of the police women in structural, individual and social categories are significant.Conclusion: Revising existing incoherent patterns of participation requires rethinking the definition of police service to citizens, persuading schools to enforce police presence, and the pathological context of schools in terms of the prevalence of injuries.
