بررسی نقش امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان بر توسعه گردشگری (مطالعه موردی شرق تهران)

هدف و زمینه: افزایش  گردشگران موجب رونق‌ کسب‌وکار و افزایش درآمد آنان که در این عرصه فعالیت دارند توسعه گردشگری در کشورهای کمترتوسعه‌یافته، عامل موثری برای مقابله با فقر است وموجب کاهش بیکاری و رونق اقتصادی می‌شود. امنیت و گردشگری، مولفه‌های یک معادله هستند که نسبتی مستقیم با هم دارند. درواقع همان‌طور که یکی از عوامل مهم توسعه گردشگری،  امنیت است، رونق گردشگری در یک منطقه وگردشگران در یک مقصد، موجب به‌وجودآمدن امنیت می‌شود. هدف پژوهش ، نقش امنیت اجتماعی بر توسعه گردشگری در شرق استان تهران می‌باشد.روش: پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، از نوع پیمایشی است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌‌ها از روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، همه گردشگران اعم از بومی و غیربومی شرق استان تهران در سال 1400 می‌‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 391 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در  پژوهش از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته‌ امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان و پرسش‌نامه توسعه گردشگری کریس و همکاران (2006) استفاده شده است. تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش در دو بخش توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف‌معیار، جدول، شکل و نمودار) و استنباطی (مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل  و اس پی اس اس 20 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که اعتمادسازی (به میزان 0.36)، عوامل کالبدی (0.15)، عملکرد پلیس (0.13)، عوامل زیرساختی (0.27) و عوامل اجتماعی فرهنگی (0.25) بر توسعه گردشگری تاثیر دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن است که بین مولفه‌های امنیت اجتماعی و توسعه گردشگری رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.  هر مقدار امنیت اجتماعی گردشگران، افزایش یابد، به همان اندازه تمایل آنان به سفر به این مناطق، بیشتر می‌شود.

Investigating the role of citizens’ social security on tourism development(Case study of East Tehran)

Bakgaroun and Aim: Increasing the number of tourists leads to the prosperity of business and increase the income of companies and institutions that operate in this field. The development of tourism, especially in less developed countries, is an effective factor in combating poverty and increases the incomes of different groups, reduces unemployment and economic and social prosperity. Security and tourism are parameters of an equation that are directly related to each other. In fact, as one of the important factors in the development of tourism is the existence of security, the prosperity of tourism in an area and the movement of tourists in a destination, creates security. The aim of this study is to determine the role of social security on tourism development in the east of Tehran province.Method: The research is applied in terms of purpose and survey type in terms of research method. Library and field methods were used to collect data. The statistical population of the study is all tourists, both native and nonnative, in the east of Tehran province in 1400. Using the formula of unlimited population, 391 people were selected as a sample. In this study, two researchermade questionnaires made by citizens’ social security and tourism development (Chris et al., 2006) were used. Research data were analyzed in two parts: descriptive (mean, standard deviation, table, figure and graph) and inferential (structural equation modeling) using LISREL and SPSS20 software.Findings: In this study, independent variables are: trust building, physical factors, police performance, infrastructure factors, social and cultural factors as well as the dependent variable is tourism development. The results of the study showed that building trust (0.36), physical factors (0.15), police performance (0.13), infrastructure factors (0.27) and sociocultural factors (0.25) affect the development of tourism.Conclusion: The results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the components of social security and tourism development at the level of 0.01. In other words, the more the social security of tourists increases, the more they want to travel to these areas.
