نقد و بررسی اخبار حوزه نظم و امنیت در نشریات مکتوب استان کرمان (نیمه دوم سال 1398)

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تاثیر قابل‌توجه اخبار نظم و امنیت بر احساس امنیت در جامعه، پژوهش کنونی به نقد و بررسی اخبار حوزه نظم و امنیت در نشریات مکتوب استان کرمان در بازه زمانی شش‌ماهه دوم سال 1398 پرداخته است.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی است و با روش تحلیل محتوا، تمام شماره‌های 28 نشریه مهم و فعال استان کرمان در بازه زمانی شش‌ماهه، بررسی شده است. درمجموع، 497 خبر، گزارش و یادداشت استخراج شد. داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار spss تنظیم و تحلیل شده‌اند.یافته‌ها: ابعاد محتوایی پژوهش شامل نوع قالب خبری، تفکیک مصاحبه‌شوندگان، مهم‌ترین عناوین خبری، تقسیم‌بندی خبرهای منتشرشده از حیث احساسی و تفکیک نشریات براساس تعداد خبرهای منتشرشده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از استفاده بیش‌ازحد نشریات از قالب «خبر» برای انعکاس اخبار نظم و امنیت است. اظهارات مقامات مرتبط با نظم و امنیت (به‌جز مقامات پلیس) درصد بسیار پایینی است که می‌طلبد هم نشریات از قالب‌های متنوع خبری استفاده کنند و هم متولیان امر، اظهارنظرهای بیشتری البته از نوع مثبت، در باب مقوله نظم و امنیت داشته باشند.نتیجه‌گیری: نقش مقامات پلیس استان کرمان در نشریات کرمان برجسته‌سازی شده، درحالی‌که نقش سایر مقامات استان و به‌ویژه مردم قابل‌تامل است. امنیت استان کرمان به‌دلیل ترانزیت مواد مخدر و قاچاق سوخت برای کشور خیلی مهم است، اما اخبار سایر فعالیت‌های پلیس نباید کم‌رنگ شود. اخبار امیدبخش، اعتمادآفرین و افزایش‌دهنده احساس امنیت در تحلیل‌های منطقی و مثبت از وضعیت نظم و امنیت استان، ضروری است.

Review of news in the field of order and security in the written publications of Kerman province(second half of 1398)

Background and Purpose: Due to the significant impact of order and security news on the feeling of security in the society, the present study has reviewed the news in the field of order and security in written publications of Kerman province in the second half of 1398.method; The research is descriptive and using the content analysis method, 28 important and active publications of Kerman province, which could be accessed to all their issues, have been examined in a period of six months. A total of 497 news, reports and notes have been extracted and the data has been compiled and analyzed through SPSS software.Findings; The content dimensions used in this study include: the type of news format, the segregation of the interviewees, the most important news headlines, the emotional division of the published news and the segregation of publications based on the number of published news. The findings of this study indicate the excessive use of news in the form of publications to reflect the news of order and security. Statements by law enforcement officials (with the exception of police officers) are a very low percentage that require both publications to use a variety of news formats, and those in charge to comment more positively on discipline and security.Conclusion: The role of Kerman police officials in Kerman publications is very prominent, while the role of other provincial officials, especially the people, in order and security is worth considering. The security of Kerman province is very important for the country due to the balance of drugs and fuel smuggling, but the news of other police activities should not be diminished. Hopeful, trustworthy news and increasing the sense of security are essential in logical and positive analyzes of the state of order and security in the province.
