شناسایی پیامدهای امنیتی اجتماعی برگزاری رویدادهای گردشگری ورزشی

زمینه و هدف: رویدادهای گردشگری ورزشی، طیف گسترده ای از شرکت‌کنندگان ملی و بین‌المللی را به خود جلب می کند و لازم است که پیامدهای آن برای مدیریت و سیاست‌گذاری مناسب، بررسی شود. هدف پژوهش کنونی، شناسایی پیامدهای امنیتی اجتماعی برگزاری رویدادهای گردشگری ورزشی است.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش، کیفی بود که با راهبرد زمینه‌‌یابی اکتشافی انجام شده است. بدین‌منظور با 19 نفر از خِبرگان، صاحب‌نظران و متخصصان به صورت هدفمند و با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختارمند، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از رویکرد اکتشافی از طریق فرایند شناسه‌گذاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار کیفی مکس‌کیودی‌ای تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: پیامدهای برگزاری رویداد در دو حوزه اثرات مثبت و سازنده که شامل زیرساخت و توسعه شهری، مزایای اقتصادی، تحکیم و همبستگی در جامعه، تبادلات اجتماعی و فرهنگی، بهبود نگرش مثبت به جامعه، فرصت‌های یادگیری و تعاملات اجتماعی و حوزه اثرات منفی و مخرّب ازقبیل هزینه‌های اقتصادی، مخاطرات شدآمد (ترافیکی)، مخاطرات امنیتی، نگرانی‌های زیست‌محیطی و درگیری و مزاحمت‌های اجتماعی، دسته‌بندی شدند.نتیجه گیری: برگزاری رویدادهای گردشگری ورزشی، پیامدهای مختلفی برای کشور میزبان با توجه به مسائل مختلف می تواند داشته باشد. بنابراین لازم است مدیران و برگزارکنندگان رویداد، حتماً به پیامدهای مثبت و منفی رویداد توجه داشته باشند و در زمینه رفع پیامدهای منفی و استفاده از پیامدهای مثبت، برنامه‌ریزی داشته باشند.

Identifying the security and social consequences of sport tourism events

Background and Purpose: Sport tourism events attract a wide range of national and international participants and the consequences need to be considered for proper management and policy making. The aim of the present study was to identify the sociosecurity consequences of holding sports tourism events.Method:The research method was qualitative, which was conducted with the heuristicexploration strategy. For this purpose, indepth and semistructured interviews were conducted with 19 experts, experts and specialists in a purposeful manner and continued until theoretical saturation. The data were analyzed using an exploratory approach through the coding process using Max QDA qualitative software.Findings: The consequences of holding the event were classified into two categories of positive and constructive effects and negative and destructive effects. positive and constructive impacts, including infrastructure and urban development, economic benefits, community solidarity, social and cultural exchanges, improved positive attitudes to society, learning opportunities and social interactions, and The categories of negative and destructive effects were categorized as economic costs, traffic hazards, security risks, environmental concerns and social disturbances.Conclusion: Holding sports tourism events has different consequences for the host country depending on different issues. Therefore, managers and organizers of the event must pay attention to the positive and negative consequences of the event and plan to eliminate the negative consequences and use the positive consequences.
