واکاوی پدیدارشناسانه نقش پلیس زن در مدیریت بحران مبتنی‌بر تجارب زیسته کارکنان نیروی انتظامی

زمینه و هدف: نیروی انتظامی در فرایند مدیریت بحران، می‌تواند در خلق محیط‌های خانوادگی، شغلی و اجتماعی، نقش برجسته‌ای را ایفا کند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش پلیس زن در مدیریت بحران مبتنی‌بر تجارب زیسته کارکنان نیروی انتظامی انجام شد.روش‌شناسی: جامعه پژوهش شامل همه کارکنان نیروی انتظامی است که پس از زلزله کرمانشاه در منطقه حضور یافتند و درصدد برقراری امنیت اجتماعی بودند. از میان جامعه پیش‌گفته، نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند تا حد اشباع (15 کارمند نیروی انتظامی) ادامه یافت.یافته‌ها: توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی پلیس زن شامل سه عملکرد انطباقی، ارتباطی و حمایتی و نقش امنیت‌بخشی اجتماعی در بحران شامل نقش‌های ساماندهی، مداخله در بسترهای ناایمن و عملکردهای بحران‌زداست. همچنین از نقش‌های هم‌افزایی در تعاملات امنیت‌بخش، نقش تنویر افکار عمومی و نقش مشارکتی به‌دست آمد و اشباع‌سازی خلاهای نقشی نیز بر مدار دو محور نقش‌پذیری بر مدار نظام اعتقادی جامعه و نقش‌پذیری بر مدار نظام سرشتی زن حاصل شد. نتیجه‌گیری: این بررسی نشان‌دهنده نقش محوری است که زنان پلیس می‌توانند در مدیریت بحران بلایای طبیعی ایفا کنند. همچنین بیانگر آن است که جامعه با توجه به ملاحظات فرهنگی اسلامی به حضور پلیس زن در مداخلات انتظامی نیاز دارد.

Phenomenological analysis of the role of female police in natural crisis management based on lived experiences of law enforcement officers

Background and Purpose: In the crisis management process, law enforcement can play a prominent role in creating family, work and social environments. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of female police in crisis management based on the lived experiences of law enforcement personnel. Method: The method of the present study was qualitative descriptive phenomenology. In this way, with the help of semistructured interviews, information related to the sample was collected. The study population included all law enforcement personnel who were present in the area after the Kermanshah earthquake and sought to establish social security. From the mentioned community, sampling continued purposefully until saturation (15 law enforcement officers).Findings: Psychological empowerment of women police including three functions; Adaptive, communicative and supportive; The role of social security in the crisis included organizing roles, intervening in insecure settings, and crisisrelieving practices. Also, synergistic roles in security interactions, the role of enlightening public opinion and participatory role were obtained, and finally the saturation of role gaps was achieved on the twoaxis circuit of roleplaying on the belief system of society and roleplaying on the nature of women.Conclusion: This study demonstrates the pivotal role that women police officers can play in disaster management. It also indicates that the society needs the presence of female police in law enforcement interventions due to culturalIslamic considerations.
