میزان تاثیر عملکرد پلیس جامعه‌محور در مقابله با جرائم از دیدگاه شهروندان حاشیه‌نشین شهر مشهد

زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی عملکرد حرفه‌ای و متعهدانه نیروی انتظامی، به‌همراه مشارکت اطمینان‌بخش شهروندان با پلیس در برخورد با جرائم، مسئله‌ای قابل‌تامل و موضوعی توانمندساز در مناطق حاشیه‌نشین و جرم‌خیز است؛ بنابراین هدف از این نوشتار، ارتباط بین متغیرهای موردبحث با تکیه بر رویکردهای نظری بوده است.روش‌شناسی: روش این مقاله، کمی و از نوع پیمایش با تکیه بر پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته و داده‌ها مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت با دامنه (1 تا 5)، جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه، شهروندان 15 تا 64 سال مناطق حاشیه‌نشین با جمعیتی در حدود 922282 نفر بوده است. با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای نسبی متناسب با حجم هر منطقه و مبتنی‌بر فرمول کوکران، 400 پاسخگو برای جمع‌آوری یافته‌ها انتخاب شده است. ضریب آلفای پرسش‌نامه برابر با 0.858 بوده و از نرم‌افزار spss برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که میانگین مولفه‌های تعهد پلیس (3.52)، عملکرد حرفه‌ای پلیس (3.41)، اعتماد و مشارکت با گروه‌های اجتماعی محلی (3) و میانگین متغیر مستقل پلیس جامعه‌محور (3.47) و متغیر وابسته پیامدهای مقابله با جرائم (3.77) نشان از میزان متوسط روبه‎بالای میانگین‌ها دارد. نتایج رگرسیون حاکی از آن است که 32 درصد از تغییرات مقابله با جرائم توسط مولفه‌های پلیس جامعه‌محور تبیین می‌شود.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اینکه عملکرد حرفه‌ای پلیس از قدرت تبیین بیشتری نسبت به مولفه‌های دیگر برخوردار بوده است، بنابراین باید بسترسازی‌های فرهنگی و رسانه‌ای درباره مسئولیت‌پذیری، تعهدات پلیس، افزایش اطمینان و مشارکت شهروندان به پلیس و ...، به‌منظور مقابله با جرائم فراهم کرد.

The effect of communitybased police performance in Combating crime from the perspective of suburban citizens of Mashhad

Introduction: Assessing the professional and committed performance of the police, along with the reassuring participation of citizens with the police in dealing with crime as an empowering issue in marginalized and crimeprone areas, is a problem to consider; Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to investigate the relationship between the variables under discussion based on theoretical approaches.Method: The method of this article is quantitative and survey type based on a researchermade questionnaire and data based on Likert scale with a range (1 to 5) has been collected. The study population was citizens aged 15 to 64 years in suburban areas with a population of about 922282 people. Using relative class sampling appropriate to the size of each region and based on the Cochran’s formula, 400 respondents were selected to collect the findings. The alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.858 and SPSS software was used to analyze the data.Finding: It Shows that the average components of police commitment (3.52), police professional performance (3.41), trust and participation in local social groups (3); which is the average of the independent variable of communitybased police (47/47) 3) and the dependent variable of the consequences of dealing with crime (3.77) all show the aboveaverage average. The Regression results indicate that among citizens, 32% of changes in crime are explained by communitybased police components.Conclusion: Given that the professional performance of the police has more explanatory power than other components, so it should be about responsibility, police obligations, increasing citizens’ trust and participation in the police and Cultural and media contexts were planned by action plan to deal with crime.
