راهبردهای انتظامی مبارزه با مواد مخدر(مورد مطالعه: فرماندهی انتظامی استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان)

زمینه و هدف: مدیریت راهبردی، به سازمان‌ها کمک می‌کند تا با توجه به توانایی‌های درونی و فرصت‌های محیطی، مناسب‌ترین راه را برای رسیدن به اهداف راهبردی خود شناسایی کنند. یکی از موضوعات بسیار مهم در سازمان ناجا، بحث مدیریت مبارزه با مواد مخدر است؛ بنابراین هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تدوین اولویت‌های راهبردی مبارزه با مواد مخدر در فرماندهی انتظامی استان سیستان‌وبلوچستان است.روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی توسعه‌ای و از جنبه روش‌شناسی پژوهش، آمیخته (کیفی کمی) و همچنین تحلیلی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان حوزه مبارزه با مواد مخدر است که به صورت هدفمند به تعداد 18 نفر انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز پرسش‌نامه بین 30 نفر از خبرگان حوزه مبارزه با مواد مخدر توزیع و برای تحلیل از نرم‌افزار spss و qspm استفاده شود.یافته‌ها: برای تغییر از حالت تدافعی در وضعیت موجود به حالت تهاجمی در وضعیت مطلوب، با استفاده از ماتریس سوات راهبردهای شش‌گانه so تدوین و درراستای تعیین اولویت برای راهبردها از ماتریس کمی qspm استفاده شد.نتایج: اولویت‌های راهبردی به‌ترتیب: شناسایی قابلیت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های بالقوه موثر در مبارزه با موادمخدر، متناسب‌سازی شیوه‌های مبارزه با مواد مخدر، اشراف اطلاعاتی، تقویت و توسعه رویکرد تعامل‌گرایی، هوشمندسازی پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر، صیانت و شایسته‌گزینی در کارکنان تعیین و همچنین 25 پیشنهاد برای اجرایی‌کردن راهبردها ارائه شد.

Antinarcotics disciplinary strategies(Case study: Sistan and Baluchestan Police Command)

Background and Purpose: Background and Aim: Strategic management helps organizations to identify the most appropriate way to achieve their strategic goals according to their internal capabilities and environmental opportunities. One of the most important issues in the NAJA is the issue of counternarcotics management; Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to formulate strategic priorities in the fight against drugs in the Sistan and Baluchestan Disciplinary Command.Method: In terms of purpose, research is applieddevelopmental and in terms of research methodology, it is mixed (qualitativequantitative) as well as analyticalsurvey. The statistical population of this research in the qualitative part includes experts in the field of counternarcotics who were purposefully selected from 18 people. In the quantitative part, the questionnaire should be distributed among 30 experts in the field of antinarcotics and Spss and Qspm software should be used for analysis.Findings: To change from the defensive position in the current situation to the offensive situation in the desired situation, using the SWAT matrix, six so strategies were formulated and in order to prioritize the strategies, the Qspm quantitative matrix was used.Conclusion: Strategic priorities: Identifying potentially effective capabilities and capacities in the fight against narcotics, adapting antinarcotics methods, intelligence aristocracy, strengthening and developing the interactionist approach, smartening the antinarcotics police, protecting and selecting qualified staff and also 25 suggestions Was presented to implement the strategies.
