تاثیر مشارکت سازمان‎های مردم ‎نهاد در ارتقاء امنیت کلان‎شهر تهران

مقدمه: نظر به اینکه ناامنی، تهدیدات بالقوه و عدم احساس امنیت می‎تواند به نارضایتی و عدم‎اطمینان‎خاطر شهروندان تهران بزرگ منجر شود، سازمان‎های مردم‎نهاد می‎توانند با مشارکت خود ضمن حمایت از قشرهای آسیب‎پذیر، موجباب خدمات‎رسانی و ایجاد امنیت پایدار را فراهم کنند. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر مشارکت سمن‎ها در ارتقاء امنیت کلان‎شهر تهران پرداخته شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و روش انجام آن توصیفیتحلیلی است. داده‎های حاصله به صورت تلفیقی از مطالعات اسنادی و پیمایشی (میدانی) گردآوری شد. جامعه آماری شامل صاحب‎نظران حوزه امنیتی و انتظامی و شهروندان تهران بزرگ است که با استفاده از روش نمونه‎گیری خوشه‎ای چندمرحله‎ای و بهره‎گیری از جدول مورگان تعداد 1618 نفر به‎عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین شد. ابزار جمع‎آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق‎ساخته است که روایی آن با استفاده از روایی صوری و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. همچنین، رابطه متغیرهای مستقل و وابسته با بهره‎گیری از تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره بررسی شد و جهت ارزیابی میزان همبستگی میان این دو متغیر، از آزمون رگرسیون استفاده شد. یافته‎ها: برابر یافته‎های این پژوهش بیش از 60% پاسخگویان معتقدند که مشارکت سمن‎ها در ارتقاء امنیت کلان‎شهر تهران تاثیر مثبت دارد. تحلیل رگرسیونی چندمتغیره نیز نشان داد که بین مشارکت سمن‎ها و امنیت تهران رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. همچنین، این تحلیل نشان داد که مشارکت سمن‎ها بیشترین تاثیر را (با ضریب بتا برابر 0.561) بر امنیت انتظامی دارد و امنیت اقتصادی، سیاسی و اجتماعی فرهنگی به ترتیب، در رتبه‎های بعدی قرار دارد. نتیجه‎گیری: سمن‎ها با هر نوع جهت‎گیری که دارند می‎توانند با دو نقش «زمینه‎سازی (نقش زمینه‎سازی)» و یا «فعالیت‎های اجرایی (نقش عامل)» در گسترش امنیت تهران بزرگ نقش‎آفرینی کنند.

The Impact of NGO Participation in Improving the Security of Tehran Metropolis

Introduction: Insecurity, potential threats and lack of security can lead to dissatisfaction and insecurity of the citizens of Greater Tehran. By participating, NGOs can provide services and sustainable security by supporting vulnerable groups. Accordingly, in the present study, the effect of Saman participation in promoting the security of Tehran metropolis was investigated. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and method is descriptiveanalytical. The data were collected as a combination of documentary and survey (field) studies; The statistical population includes: experts in the field of security and law enforcement; And the citizens of Tehran is large, using the multistage cluster sampling method and Morgan table, 1618 people were determined as the sample size. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire whose validity was confirmed using face validity and the reliability of the tool was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha. Also, the relationship between independent and dependent variables was investigated using multivariate regression analysis and regression test was used to evaluate the correlation between these two variables. Findings: According to the findings of this study, more than 60% of the respondents believe that the participation of Samnahs has a positive effect on improving the security of Tehran metropolis. Multivariate regression analysis also showed that there is a significant relationship between the participation of Samans and Tehran security. Also, this analysis showed that the participation of semen has the greatest impact (with a beta coefficient of 0.561) on law enforcement security; And economic, political and sociocultural security come next. Conclusion: Semans with any kind of orientation can play a role in expanding the security of Greater Tehran with two roles: &grounding (role of grounding)& or &executive activities (role of agent)&.
