مطالعه جامعه ‏شناختی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و احساس امنیت اجتماعی

مقدمه: احساس امنیت اجتماعی به ویژه در بین فرهنگیان از اهمیت شایانی برخوردار است و سرمایه اجتماعی از متغیر هایی است که نقش مهمی در افزایش احساس امنیت اجتماعی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و احساس امنیت اجتماعی در بین فرهنگیان استان قم، انجام شده است. با توجه به نظریات پاتنام ،فوکویاما ، کلمن ، بوردیو یکی از اصلی ترین عواملی که احساس امنیت اجتماعی را ارتقا می بخشد و جامعه را سالم، آرام و مطلوب می سازد،سرمایه اجتماعی است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با روش پیمایشی –کمی و به صورت مقطعی انجام شده است، جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه معلمان استان قم در سال تحصیلی98-97 بودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران،374 نفر تعیین گردید. نمونه ها با روش نمونه گیری خوشه‏ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده پرسشنامه بود که اعتبار آن با روش محتوایی محرز گردید و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به دست آمد. داده ها با کمک نرم افزارspss مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: بین سرمایه اجتماعی و احساس امنیت اجتماعی دربین فرهنگیان استان قم رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. ودر نهایت بین ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی(ساختاری ، ارتباطی، شناختی) با متغیر احساس امنیت اجتماعی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. در بین ابعاد سرمایه اجتماعی بیشترین میانگین مربوط به بعد شناختی و در بین ابعاد احساس امنیت اجتماعی بیشترین میانگین مربوط به بعد مالی است، با توجه به رگرسیون چند متغیره بعد شناختی سرمایه اجتماعی مهمترین متغیر تاثیرگذار برمتغیر وابسته(احساس امنیت اجتماعی) می باشد. نتیجه: میزان سرمایه اجتماعی در احساس امنیت اجتماعی فرهنگیان استان قم تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد، با توجه به این که میانگین سرمایه اجتماعی و احساس امنیت اجتماعی در بین فرهنگیان پایین تر از حد متوسط است، اهتمام بیشتر حاکمیت و دولت برای رفع معضلات و مشکلات این قشر را می‏طلبد.

Sociological study of the relationship between social capital and the feeling of social security

Intorduction: The sense of social security is particularly important among cultures, and social capital is one of the variables that play an important role in enhancing social security. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social capital and the feeling of social security among the cultural workers of Qom province. According to Putnam’s theories, Fukuyama, Coleman, Bourdieu is one of the main factors that enhances the sense of social security and makes society healthy, calm and desirable. Method: The present study was a crosssectional survey. The statistical population of the study was all teachers in Qom province in the academic year 9798. The sample size was 374 using Cochran formula. Samples were selected and studied by multistage random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire whose content validity was confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Data were analyzed by SPSS software. Findings: There is a positive and significant relationship between social capital and a sense of social security among Qom cultural workers. Finally, there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of social capital (structural, communication, cognitive) and the variable of social security. Among the dimensions of social capital, the highest mean was related to cognitive dimension and among the dimensions of feeling of social security was the highest mean to financial dimension, according to multivariate regression on social capital, the most important variable affecting dependent variable (feeling of social security). Result: The amount of social capital has a positive and significant effect on the sense of social security among the cultural workers of Qom province, given that the average social capital and the feeling of social security among the cultures is lower than the average, more efforts by the government and government to solve the problems and problems of this class.
