پیشگیری از جرائم سرقت از طریق توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی مراکز بازپروری در استان قزوین

مقدمه: اعتیاد و موادمخدر در صدر مسائل اجتماعی جهان بوده و مهم‌ترین چالش اجتماعی دولت‎ها به‎شمار می‎آید. اعتیاد به موادمخدر، علاوه بر بیماری‎ها، آسیب‌های فراوانی برای فرد و جامعه دارد. این تحقیق درصدد است به بررسی پیشگیری از جرائم سرقت از طریق توسعه برنامه‌های آموزشی مراکز بازپروری در استان قزوین بپردازد.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی و همبستگی است. داده‌ها به روش کتابخانه‌ای و تحقیق میدانی با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، مدیران وکارشناسان استانی در بهزیستی و سازمان‌های همکار با شورای هماهنگی مبارزه با موادمخدر استان می‎باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 146 نفر به‎عنوان حجم نمونه به روش نمونه‌گیری احتمالی طبقه‌ای تعیین شد. روایی محتوای ابزار با استفاده از روش صوری و تحلیل عاملی و پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای‌کرونباخ معادل 0.832 محاسبه شده است. جهت تجزیه‎وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون، تی‌تک متغیره با استفاده از نرم‎افزار spss نسخه 20 استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که آموزش‎های اشتغال و کارآفرینی، آموزش‎های اجتماعی و فرهنگی، آموزش‎های روان‎شناختی و مذهبی به ترتیب، 20.8، 14.1 و 15.8، توانایی تبیین پیشگیری ازجرائم سرقت را دارا می‎باشند. همچنین، بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب متغیرهای تحقیق تفاوت معناداری وجود داشته و متغیرآموزش‎های اجتماعی و فرهنگی دارای بیشترین تاثیر و آموزش‎های اشتغال و کارآفرینی دارای کمترین تاثیر بر پیشگیری از جرائم سرقت بوده‌اند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش بیانگر این است که میانگین تاثیر آموزش‎های مراکز بازپروری بر پیشگیری از جرم، در وضعیت مطلوب در سطح p<0.05 به‎طور معناداری پایین‌تر از حد مورد انتظار است و توجه به توسعه کمی وکیفی این‎گونه آموزش‌ها، تاثیر زیادی در کاهش گرایش به سوی ارتکاب جرائم سرقت داشته و نقش موثری در ارتقاء نظم و امنیت اجتماعی در جامعه ایفاء می‌کند.

Prevention of theft crimes through the development of training programs for rehabilitation centers in Qazvin province

Introduction:­­­ Addiction and drugs are at the top of the world’s social issues and are the most important social challenge for governments.­Drug addiction, in addition to diseases, has many harms to the individual and society.This study seeks to investigate the prevention­ of­ theft crimes through the­ development of training programs for rehabilitation centers in Qazvin province.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in nature.­The data were collected by library method and field research using questionnaire tools.The statistical population of the study is provincial managers and experts in welfare and partner organizations with the Coordinating Council for Combating Drugs in the province.­The validity of the instrument content using the formal method and factor analysis and the reliability of the questionnaire were calculated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of 0.832.­To analyze and analyze the data, Pearson correlation and regression statistical methods, variable tscale were used using SPSS software version 20.Findings: The findings show that employment and entrepreneurship education, social and cultural education,­psychological and religious education,­ respectively,20/8,14/1,15/8, have the ability to explain the prevention of theft crimes Be. Also,­there was a significant difference between the current and favorable situation of research variables and social and cultural education variables had the­ most impact and employment and entrepreneurship training had the least impact on crime prevention.Conclotion: The results indicate that the average effect of rehabilitation center training on crime prevention is significantly lower than expected at the desired level of P <0.05,­and due to the quantitative and qualitative development of such training, has a great impact. It steals in reducing the tendency to commit crimes and plays an effective role in promoting social order and security in society.
