تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل مرتبط بر ایجاد جرائم فضای مجازی با استفاده از رویکرد فازی

مقدمه: فضای مجازی فرصت بسیار مناسبی را برای ارتکاب و اختفای جرائم سایبری که تهدیدهای آن به‌مراتب در مقایسه با محیط واقعی بیشتر است، به مرتکب اعطا می‌کند. اهمیت موضوع در اینجا است که نتایج حاصل از عدم رعایت مسائل اقتصادی، اجتماعی، روانی و فنی در این حوزه، بسیاری از اصول و قواعد زندگی ما را تهدید می‌کند؛ بنابراین، لازم است که عوامل مرتبط بر ایجاد جرائم فضای مجازی در راستای ممانعت از ارتکاب جرم در فضای مجازی شناسایی و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گیرند. روش: پژوهش حاضر ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نوع روش، توصیفی تحلیلی است. جامعه و نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان خبره درزمینه جرائم فضای مجازی هستند. نمونه تحقیق شامل 10 نفر از خبرگان پلیس فتای یزد و دانشگاه علم و هنر است و جامعه آماری تمام شمار بوده است. در ادامه، به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، سه نوع پرسشنامه بین خبرگان توزیع شد. هدف از توزیع این پرسشنامه‌ها شناسایی عوامل و تبیین روابط علی بین آن‌ها بود. یافته‌ها: عوامل سطح پایین آگاهی مردم و کاربران در مورد نحوه استفاده از فضای مجازی، نبود احساس گناه در مجرمان، نبود شغل‌های درآمدزا ازجمله عوامل تاثیرگذار هستند. نتیجه‎گیری: تعیین عوامل تاثیرگذار بر ایجاد جرائم فضای مجازی می‌تواند در طراحی و انتخاب بهترین اقدامات و سیاست‌ها برای مدیران و تصمیم‎گیران این حوزه، مخصوصاً ناجا، مفید و اثربخش باشد.

Analysis of factors related to the establishment of Cybercrime using a Fuzzy approach

Introduction: Cyberspace gives the perpetrator with a great opportunity to commit and conceal cybercrime that it’s threatens is far more than the real environment. The importance of the issue is that the results of nonconformity with economic, social, psychological and technical issues in this area threaten many of our principles and rules; therefore, it is necessary to identify and analyze factors related to the creation of cyber space crimes in order to prevent delinquency in cyberspace. Method: the present study is applicable in terms of practical purpose and in terms of method, descriptive analytic. The population and the statistical sample of this study are all managers and experts on cyberspace crimes. The research sample includes 10 experts from Yazd Fata Police and the University of Science and Art, and the statistical population was large. In the following, three types of questionnaires were distributed among experts to collect data. The aim of distribution of this questionnaire was to identify factors and explain causal relations between them. Findings: The low level factors of public awareness and users about how to use cyberspace, lack of guilt in the criminals, lack of incomegenerating occupation is one of the influential factors. Conclusion: Determining the factors influencing cybercrime can be useful and effective in designing and selecting the best measures and policies for managers and decision makers in this area, especially for the NAJA.
