تبیین کارکردهای حوزه و روحانیت در ارتقای تاب‌آوری و امنیت اجتماعی در شرایط تحریم

مقدمه: امروزه، تامین امنیت پدیده‌ای چند وجهی است که دست یافتن به آن، مستلزم نقش‌آفرینی همه اقشار جامعه است و تاب‌آوری و امنیت اجتماعی به‌عنوان مهمترین بعد امنیت موجب سازگاری جامعه با شرایط متغیر و مقاومت کردن برای رشد است. روش: پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد استقرایی، روش کیفی و استراتژی تحلیل محتوای بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در جمع روحانیون از سال 1368 تاکنون انجام شده و برای ارایه مدل از چارچوب نظریه‌پردازی داده بنیاد استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: مدل ارایه شده در قالب شش مقوله شامل مقوله پیامدها تحت عنوان تحقق امنیت اجتماعی (شامل تاب­آوری فردی اجتماعی و تاب‌آوری ملی)، مقوله علّی تحت عنوان ضرورت پاسخگویی حوزه به نیازها (شامل رفع نیازهای داخلی و حضور در عرصه بین‌الملل)، مقوله محوری تحت عنوان تعالی نهاد حوزه (شامل تعالی نظام علمی حوزه و تعالی مدیریت حوزه)، مقوله زمینه‌ای تحت عنوان تقویت بنیه طلاب (شامل ارتقای نگرشی و فکری طلاب و روحانیون و ارتقای رفتاری طلاب و روحانیون)، مقوله مداخله‌گر تحت عنوان مخاطرات بیرونی موثر بر امنیت اجتماعی (شامل عوامل تفرقه‌زا و حضور و فعال بودن دشمن)، و مقوله کنش‌ها تحت عنوان نقش‌آفرینی اجتماعی روحانیت (شامل کارکردهای نهاد روحانیت و مدیریت تبلیغ) ارایه گردیده است. نتیجه­گیری: روح و زیربنای تاب‌آوری و امنیت اجتماعی، تقویت باورهای دینی مردم است و متولیان دین حوزه و روحانیت هستند، لذا تقویت و ارتقای نقش بی‌بدیل و جریان‌ساز حوزه و روحانیت ضرورت دارد.

Explaining the Functions of the Clergy in Promoting Resilience and Social Security of the Islamic Republic of IranBased on the idea of Iranian leadership

Introduction: Today, security is a multifaceted phenomenon that requires the involvement of all segments of society. Methodology: The present study has been carried out using the inductive approach, qualitative method and content analysis strategy of Supreme Leader’s statements in the clergy since 1989 and has been used to present the model with the foundation data theory framework. Results: The model presented in the form of six categories, including the causal category as the necessity of domain responsiveness to needs (including meeting domestic needs and international presence), the central category as domain institution excellence (including domain science system excellence and domain management excellence), The underlying category is Strengthening the Vigilantes (Including Promoting the Attitudes and Intellectuals of the Students and Clerics and Promoting the Behavior of the Students and Clerics), the Intervention category as External Dangers Affecting Social Security (Including Divisive Factors and Enemy Presence and Activism), Social rolemaking of the clergy (including the functions of the clergy body and management Advertising) and finally the category of consequences is presented as the realization of social security (including social resilience and national resilience). Results: The spirit and underpinning of social security is to reinforce people’s religious beliefs, and the practitioners of the religion are the clergy and the clergy.
