تحلیل راهبردها و راهکارهای فرماندهی انتظامی استان یزد جهت کنترل و کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی شبکه‌های اجتماعی

مقدمه: شبکه های اجتماعی از سویی به عنوان یکی از گونه های رسانه های اجتماعی، امکانات تعاملی قابل توجهی برای کاربران اینترنتی فراهم کرده و در افزایش مشارکت شهروندان در برخی فرایندها موثرند و از سوی دیگر، با آسیب های گسترده ای مواجه اند؛ بنابراین هدف این تحقیق تحلیل راهبردها و راهکارهای فرماندهی انتظامی استان یزد جهت کنترل و کاهش آسیب‌های شبکه‌های اجتماعی (مجازی) می‌باشد. روش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به‌لحاظ ژرفایی، پهنانگر و از نظر اجرا و کنترل شرایط تحقیق،یک بررسی کیفی به‌شکل مصاحبه نیمه‎ساخت‌یافته و پرسشنامه متوازن استفاده شده است. با توجه به موضوع، تحقیق حاضر دارای دو جامعه آماری متفاوت می‌باشد؛ بخش اول، فرماندهان و مدیران انتظامی خبره در فرماندهی انتظامی استان یزد و ستاد ناجا (پلیس فتا) و بخش دوم، افراد صاحب‌نظر در رشته های تحصیلی کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات، علوم کامپیوتر و مخابرات این فرماندهی بودند که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت گلوله‌برفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری بود، جمع‌آوری شده است. یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌های تحقیق، وضعیت و موقعیت راهبردی کنونی فرماندهی انتظامی استان یزد در جهت کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی حکایت از خروج از وضعیت و موقعیتی با ثبات و نسبتاً محافظه‌کارانه و ورود به موقعیت نسبتاً تهاجمی و انفعالی در مواجهه با پدیده‌ها و تهدیدات نوظهور حاصل از اقدامات و برنامه‌های گذشته و حال دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: در زمینه راهبردهای فرمانده انتظامی استان یزد جهت کنترل و کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی شبکه‌های اجتماعی (مجازی)، ابعاد حذف توجیه‌کننده‌ها، کاهش منافع حاصل از جرم، افزایش تلاش و زحمت‌تراشی برای ارتکاب جرم و افزایش خطرهای مدنظر برای ارتکاب جرم به ترتیب می‌باشند.

Analysis of Yazd Police Command Strategies and Strategies to Control and Reduce Social Violence in Virtual Networks
