شهر مجازی رویکردی نو در توسعه امنیت گردشگری و مدیریت هوشمند شهری

مقدمه: امروزه شهر مجازی به عنوان راهکاری مناسب جهت حل معضلات شهری، مورد توجه مدیران شهری واقع شده است. نوشتار حاضر با این رویکرد که گردشگری می تواند با تمرکز بر شاخص‌های شهر مجازی مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرد انجام شد که این امر با نظارت پلیس می تواند منجر به افزایش امنیت در محدوده مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد. روش: این پژوهش به آمیخته( ترکیبی) انجام شد. در ابتدا مصاحبه ای عمیق با 13 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و مدیران ارشد کشور در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و شهرداران انجام شد تا از این طریق ابعاد و مولفه های پژوهش شناسایی و پرسشنامه پژوهش ساخته و بین 384 نفر از گردشگران داخلی و خارجی توزیع گردید. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت هوشمند شهری و شهر مجازی در منطقه مورد مطالعه سبب افزایش امنیت برای گردشگر و توسعه پایدار گردشگری مجازی شده است. نتیجه گیری: بطور کلی تحلیل ها حاکی از آن است که مجازی سازی گردشگری و افزایش امنیت گردشگری در منطقه 12 تهران به سبب تاثیر عوامل مختلف به ویژه در ابعاد همکاری بین سازمانی و در ابعاد مرتبط با شهروند مجازی سیر مطلوبی طی ننموده است. بنابراین لازمه رسیدن به توسعه پایدار در زمینه گردشگری و افزایش امنیت نگاه ویژه و برنامه ریزی از پایین به بالا به مقوله مجازی سازی گردشگری است تا از این طریق توسعه پایدار و امنیت منطقه گسترش یابد.

Virtual city a new approach to tourism security and urban smart management (Case Study of District 12 of Tehran City)

Introduction: Today, virtual city is considered as an unmatched solution to urban problems by urban planners and managers. The present paper is based on the approach that tourism in the study area has great potential and can be of particular interest by focusing on virtual city indicators and this will be enhanced by increased FATA surveillance and increased security in the study area. Method: is appliedsurvey and the use of correlation and regression, data gathering indepth interviews with 13 experts and questionnaires completed by 384 domestic and foreign tourists and statistical population selection based on Cochran formula and sampling method Snowballing was done, questionnaires were analyzed in spss, and the results of the interviews were categorized into three categories of necessities, barriers, virtual city requirements, and finally the virtual city mechanism was presented. Findings: of this paper show the correlation between smart city management and virtual city in the region (0.261), smart management and development and increase of virtual tourism security in the region (0.238) and virtual city correlation and development and increase of virtual tourism security in the area (0.313). ) is.
