تاثیر تعامل مدیریت شهری بر امنیت اجتماعی

مقدمه: مدیریت شهری، از جنبه‌های مهم برنامه‎ریزی شهری است که با جوامع انسانی به‎ویژه جامعه شهری و ایجاد امنیت اجتماعی ارتباط مستقیم دارد؛ لذا هدف این تحقیق، بررسی و تاثیر تعامل مدیریت شهری بر امنیت اجتماعی انتظامی استان البرز می‌باشد. روش: این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع، توصیفی پیمایشی است که جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان، فرماندهان و مدیران مشغول در ناجا در استان البرز از جایگاه 15 به بالا و حدود 193 نفر است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 129 نفر تعیین و مشخص شد. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از پرسشنامه تعامل مدیریت شهری و امنیت اجتماعی استفاده شده است که روایی آن از طریق خبرگان و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ 82 درصد و 87 درصد برآورده شده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: تعامل مدیریت شهری با مقدار ضریب بتای 0.404 تاثیر معناداری بر امنیت اجتماعی در استان البرز دارد. همچنین بر اساس یافته‌های رگرسیون خطی چندگانه، مولفه پاسخ گویی به مردم و توزیع عادلانه با ضریب بتای 0.397 و مولفه اصلاح قوانین شهری با ضریب بتای 0.198 به ترتیب، بیشترین و کمترین تاثیر را بر امنیت اجتماعی در استان البرز داشته‎اند. نتیجه‎گیری: مدیریت شهری یکی از عوامل تاثیرگذار بر ایجاد امنیت اجتماعی شهروندان می‌باشند که با گسترش روزافزون شهرنشینی و توسعه شهرها، به‎ویژه در دهه‌های اخیر و چالش‎هایی که شهرها با آن مواجه هستند، اهمیت آن افزایش یافته است.

The Impact of Urban Management Interaction on Social Security

Abstract Introduction: Urban management is one of the important aspects of urban planning that is directly related to human societies, especially urban society and creating social security. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of urban management interaction on Alborz province police social security. Methodology: In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its type it is considered as a descriptivesurvey study. The statistical population includes all commanders and executives in I. R. I. Police in Alborz province ranking 15 and over (n=193). Using Cochran formula, 129 individuals were selected. The questionnaire of urban management and social security interaction was used for data collection. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the experts and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha (82% and 87%). Multivariate regression analysis was used to analyze the data. Findings: The interaction of urban management with beta coefficient of 0.404 has significant effect on social security in Alborz province. Also, according to the multiple linear regression findings, the component of public accountability and equity distribution with beta coefficient of 0.397 and urban law reform component with beta coefficient of 0.198 had the highest and the least impact on social security in Alborz province, respectively. Results: Urban management is one of the factors influencing citizens’ social security, which has increased in importance with the increasing expansion of urbanization and the development of cities and the challenges that cities face, especially in recent decades.
