مطالعه و تحلیل عوامل بهبود رفتارهای مخربانه دانش‌آموزان

مقدمه: رفتارهای مخربانه ازجمله کج‌روی‌های جامعه جدید است که ناشی از تغییرات سریع اجتماعی، رشد آنومی و تمایلات روزافزون انسان و ناکامی وی در رسیدن به این تمایلات است. هدف این مقاله، مطالعه و تحلیل عوامل بهبود رفتارهای وندالیستی دانش‌آموزان می‌باشد. روش: این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف، توسعه‌ای و از لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی و پیمایشی و نیز از نوع تحلیلی است. در این تحقیق روش گردآوری داده‌ها برای پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات تحقیق، به دو صورت اسنادی (داده‌های ثانویه) و پیمایشی (داده‌های اولیه) و ابزار مورداستفاده در روش پیمایشی، پرسش‌نامه و مصاحبه بوده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این تحقیق حاکی از این واقعیت است که تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی، افزایش دانش، ارزش‌های اخلاقی و معنوی، تقویت میزان امیدواری، خوش‌بینی، خودکارآمدی، تقویت تعلق سرزمینی و اهتمام به اصلاح آسیب‌های فرهنگی و تقویت مشارکت دانش‌آموزان در عرصه‌های مختلف اجتماعی، سیاسی، مدیریتی، فرهنگی و غیره می‌تواند به تقلیل رفتارهای وندالیستی آنان کمک کند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج فن تحلیل عاملی نشان داد مهم‌ترین عوامل رفتارهای وندالیستی دانش‌آموزان در منطقه موردمطالعه شامل چهار مولفه (ادغام اجتماعی و ترویج ارزش‌های اخلاقی، توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی و رفع تبعیض، تقویت نشاط اقتصادی و مناسبات اجتماعی و تقویت مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و اعتمادسازی) است که مقدار واریانس و واریانس تجمعی تبیین شده توسط این چهار عامل 62/52 می‌باشد. درنهایت، با توجه به تحلیل نتایج، پیشنهاد‌های کاربردی ارائه شده است.

Study and Analysis of Vendalism Behaviours of Students

Introduction: Vandalism behaviors including new society abrasions that its causes is social rapid changes, anomie growth and disappointment in attaining this propensity. The purpose of the present study is to study and analyze of vandalism behaviors of high school students in the rural areas of Meshkinshahr County. Method: The purpose of the present research is was to study and analyze vandalism behaviors of high school students in the rural areas of Meshkinshahr County. This research is developmental in respect of purpose, and descriptive analytical in respect of identity, analytical kind. The method of data collecting used to answer the research questions, analytical explanative method was used tools in survey method were questionnaire and interview. Findings: The findings of research show that fortification  and reinforcement of social capital, increasing of knowledge, spiritual and ethics values, reinforcement of hope rate, optimism, selfefficacy, reinforcement of upcountry and  make effort to correction  of cultural damages and reinforcement of students participation on spheres of social, political, managerial, cultural and etc. can lead to reduction of vandalism behaviors. conclution: Finally, in order to analyze the data’s, factor analysis technique is used and the results of this model show that the most important factors to improve vandalism behaviors of high school students in studied region includes four components (social integration and extension of ethical values, pyschological empowerment and discrimination removal, reinforcment of economy happiness, social relationships, social responsibility and confidencebuilding) they explained variance and the cumulative variance at the range of 52.62.
