شناسایی و ارزیابی تاثیر ابعاد و مولفه های تصمیم گیری در پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم

مقدمه: نظر به جایگاه ویژه تصمیم‌گیری در مدیریت به‌نحوی‌که تصمیم‌گیری را به‌عنوان قلب مدیریت و یا مترادف آن نام ‌برده‌اند؛ لذا با شناسایی، شناخت و تصمیم‌گیری به‌موقع و مناسب در راستای پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم می‌توان تدابیر و اقدامات لازم و موثری را به عمل آورد. روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی تحلیلی و نیز از نوع آمیخته است. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، معاونین و مدیران ناجا است که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری 30 نفر انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز مدیران و کارشناسان انتظامی تهران بزرگ در حوزه پیشگیری است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 30 نفر انتخاب شدند. داده‌های بخش کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبه و در بخش کمی نیز از پرسش‌نامه برگرفته از نتایج مصاحبه استفاده گردید. یافته‌ها: نظر به معادله رگرسیون و ضریب استاندارد، وضعیت داده‌ها نرمال و برابر آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای با سطح معنی‌داری کوچک‌تر از 05/0 با اطمینان 95 درصد بین ابعاد تصمیم‌گیری و پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم رابطه معنی‌دار مثبتی وجود داشته و یافته‌ها نشان از شناسایی 7 بُعد و 20 مولفه دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: بین متغیرهای مستقل، بُعد تعیین و تشخیص مسئله و اجرا، بیشترین تاثیر نسبت به سایر ابعاد تصمیم‌گیری در پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم را به خود اختصاص داده و میزان تاثیر ابعاد هفت‌گانه تصمیم‌گیری شناسایی‌شده به ترتیب شامل تعیین و تشخیص مسئله، اجرا، گردآوری اطلاعات، مشخص کردن اهداف، انتخاب راه‌حل، تعیین راه‌حل‌ها و اجرا می‌باشد. بدین معنی که هرچه شناسایی، تشخیص مسئله و اجرا در تصمیم‌گیری به‌موقع، مناسب و سریع انجام گیرد، پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم نتایج مطلوب‌تری را در جامعه به همراه خواهد داشت.

Recognition and impact of the dimensions of decision making in law enforcement

Introduction :In the particular position of decision making process management decision making as the heart of management or near it , it is therefore necessary to take appropriate and effective measures by identifying , recognizing and taking timely and appropriate decision making in line with the law enforcement . Method : in terms of practical purpose and data collection method , descriptive analytic and in terms of type. statistical population in the qualitative part , managers and managers of , with a purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation point of 30 people were selected and in the small part , managers and law enforcement experts in the prevention area were selected using questionnaires and a quantitative part of the questionnaire was derived from the interview results . Findings : with respect to the regression equation and the standard coefficient of the normal data state , there is a positive significant relationship between decision making and law enforcement measures of 95 % % between decision making and crime prevention dimensions and the findings indicate that there are 7 dimensions and 20 elements . Conclusion :The results of this study show that among the independent variables considered : the determination and diagnosis of the problem and implementation have the greatest impact on the other dimensions of decision making in the prevention of crime and the effect of the seven dimensions of the decision making on law enforcement prevention include : determining issues , implementation , gathering information , identifying goals , selecting solutions , determining solutions , and determining solutions . It means that the sooner the identification , the diagnosis and implementation is done in the timely , appropriate , and timely decision making , law enforcement prevention will result in good results in the community .
