بررسی عملکرد پلیس بر احساس امنیت عمومی از دیدگاه شهروندان

مقدمه: موضوع احساس امنیت پدیده‌ای چندبُعدی است و عوامل مختلفی با آن در ارتباط‌اند. در هر جامعه سازمانهایی در حفظ امنیت دخیل هستند؛ این سازمان که در کشور ما به‌عنوان «پلیس و قوای انتظامی» خوانده میشود، حفظ آسایش و امنیت عمومی را محور و اساس فعالیت‌های خود قرار داده و بر آن است تا با عملکرد بهینه در حوزه‌ مسئولیت‌های خود، امنیت عمومی را در جامعه برقرار سازد. در این راستا هدف از مقاله حاضر بررسی عملکرد پلیس بر میزان احساس امنیت عمومی شهروندان میباشد. روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربری و از نظر روش پیمایشی است. جامعه مورد بررسی شامل تمامی شهروندان شهر شیراز می‌باشد که بر اساس نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای تعداد 384 نفر را انتخاب نموده. ابزار گردآوری پرسشنامه بوده که با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss در دو سطح توصیف و تحلیل (رگرسیون تک متغیره) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش گویای آن است که اکثر پاسخگویان عملکرد پلیس در سطح شهر شیراز را متوسط ارزیابی نموده‌اند و همچنین بین عملکرد پلیس و احساس امنیت عمومی و ابعاد آن (احساس امنیت جانی، مالی، فردی، اجتماعی و شغلی) رابطه ای مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری: نقش نظارتی پلیس در کنترل و مهار جرایم غیرقابل‌انکار است و باید نسبت به گزارش ها و دل‌نگرانی‌های شهروندان برای بستن اماکن مشکوک، فروش و توزیع مواد مخدر و یا جمع‌آوری افراد معتاد و مزاحم، اقدام به‌موقع و مناسب انجام دهد.

Assess the police’s performance on public safety Shirazi citizens

Introduction: The issue of security feeling is a multidimensional phenomenon and various factors are associated with it. In each society, some organizations are involved in maintaining security, which is called a police or law enforcement in our country. They try to maintain public safety and security and aim to provide good performance in the area of responsibility to ensure public security in the community. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to examine the police performance on the level of public safety of citizens. Method: The present research for purposes of good is applicable via research method. The population of the study consisted of all citizens of Shiraz, selecting 384 peaple through random sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Waich data was analyzed by SPSS software using two levels of descriptive analysis (single variable regression). Findings: The results indicate that most respondents have evaluated the police performance in the city of Shiraz, in medium level there is also a positive significate relationship between police performance and dimensions of feeling security such as financial, personal social and etc. Conclusion: The role of police in controlling crimes is deniable.It needs appropriate action against reports and concerns of citizens to close suspicious places, to sell and distribute drugs, or to collect addicted and disturbing people.
