چکیده
|
A new co-crystal of theophylline and phthalic acid with 1:1 molar ratio with mn(no3)2.4h2o has been prepared. the structure of the co-crystal has been revealed by single crystal x-ray determination. the characterization was determined by ir, 13c and 1h nmr spectroscopy. the obtained results show that the prepared compound crystallises in the monoclinic crystal system, space group of p21/c, a = 11.4537(10), b = 10.1065(9) and c = 13.6302(12)a°. an infinite helical polymeric chain is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the two neutral constituents.
