چکیده
|
Vlenlafaxine (v en) belongs to a group of antidepressant with a novel chemicalv structure which has a structure that dose not resemble those of any currently usedant idepressants. a rapid, specific reversed-phase hplc method has been developedfor assaying ven in pharmaceutical dosage forms. the cxprimcnt involved an isdone by ci8column using a mobile phase composition of water (ph:3.6±0,05, 25 mmpotassium dihydrogen phosphate) and acetonitril (60:40, v/v ), the flow rate was imlimin and analyte monitored at 225 nm. the assay method was found to be linearfrom 5 to 16 ug / ml. all the validation parameters were within the acceptance range.the developed method was successfully applied to estimate the amount of ven iiitablets
