غربالگری الکترونیکی مشکلات روان‌شناختی کودکان: ارزشیابی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس‌های والدین و معلمان

هدف: به دلیل اهمیت غربالگری به‌هنگام مشکلات روان‌شناختی کودکان و دقت بالا در استفاده از ابزار‌های چند درگاهی و همچنین افزایش سرعت و دقت اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده در بستر مجازی، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تهیه ابزار الکترونیکی برای غربالگری روان‌شناختی کودکان در قالب نسخه‌های گزارش معلم و والدین انجام شد.روش: جامعه‌ دربرگیرنده والدین و معلمان دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی از سی‌ویک استان بود. از هر استان، دو شهر انتخاب و از هر شهر، دو مدرسه به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد. گروه نمونه را 2420 والد و 6972 معلم تشکیل دادند. مدل مفهومی هر دو ابزار دارای هشت مفهوم اضطراب، افسردگی، فزون‌کنشی و نارسایی توجه، رفتار‌های ایذایی، نقص در انجام تکالیف تحصیلی و اجتماعی، خودتنظیمی، خودآسیب‌رسان و خطر سوءاستفاده از کودکان بود.یافته‌ها: تحلیل گویه نشان داد در نسخه‌های والدین، 139 و معلم 101 گویه از کفایت مناسب برخوردارند. تحلیل اکتشافی و تائیدی وجود ساختاری هشت عاملی در نسخه والدین و شش عاملی در نسخه معلم را نشان دادند. در ساختار نهایی نسخه معلم، دو مولفه‌ رفتار تکانشی‌پرخاشگری به همراه نارسایی توجه و فزون‌کنشی و همچنین مولفه‌ رفتار‌های خودآسیب‌رسان در کنار سوءاستفاده از کودک قرار گرفت. ضرایب اعتبار همگونی درونی آلفا (73/0- 97/0)، آلفای ترتیبی (86/0- 98/0) و امگا (75/0- 97/0) به دست آمد.نتیجه‌گیری: نسخه الکترونیکی گزارش والدین و معلم از روایی مناسب ساختاری و اعتبار برای استفاده در مقاصد بالینی و کلینیکی برخوردار است.

e-screening children mental health problems: psychometric evaluation of parent and teacher scales

aim: given the importance of screening children’s psychological problems, the precision of multi-gate tools, and the need for fast and accurate data collection in the virtual realm, this study aimed to develop an electronic instrument for psychological screening of children, in both teacher and parent report formats. method: the study involved parents and teachers of elementary students from 31 provinces across the country. from each province, two cities were selected, and from each city, two schools were purposefully chosen. the sample included 2,420 parents and 6,972 teachers. the conceptual model for both instruments encompassed eight constructs: anxiety, depression, hyperactivity and inattention, bullying behaviors, academic and social impairments, self-regulation, self-harm, and risk of child abuse. results: item analysis showed that 139 items in the parent version and 101 items in the teacher version demonstrated satisfactory adequacy. exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses supported an eight-factor structure for the parent version and a six-factor structure for the teacher version. in the teacher version, two combined components emerged: aggressive impulsive behaviors with inattention and hyperactivity, and self-injurious behaviors with child abuse. coefficient alphas for internal consistency ranged from 0.73 to 0.97, ordinal alphas from 0.86 to 0.98, and omegas from 0.75 to 0.97. conclusion: the electronic parent and teacher report versions demonstrated appropriate structural validity and reliability, making them suitable for both clinical and research applications.
