نمادشناسی حیوانات در کتاب طرب‌المجالس

واقعیت‌ها و حوادث گوناگونی در جهان هستی وجود دارد که فراتر از درک و فهم انسان است و آدمی برای شناخت آنها ابزار و توانایی خاصی ندارد؛ به همین سبب برای بیان و توصیف‌ آنها از ابزاری ابداعی به نام نماد استفاده می‌کند. نمادها با انواع و شکل‌های گوناگون و متنوع، در همۀ ارکان زندگی بشری به‌ویژه در ادبیات و هنر و فرهنگ و اعتقادات انسان حضور دارند. استفاده از نماد حیوانات در آثار گذشته بیش از نمادهای دیگر رواج داشته است. طرب‌المجالس یکی از کتاب‌هایی است که نویسنده در بخشی از آن، در قالب مناظره، از نمادهای حیوانات بسیار استفاده کرده است. برای تاویل و فهم بهتر متن، قبل از هر چیز باید نمادها و سمبل‌های این اثر شناخته و رمزگشایی شود. برای این کار، نخست حیوانات این اثر بررسی و استخراج شد و سپس با استفاده از آثار تمثیلی و نمادین دیگر و نمونه‌های به‌کاررفته در آنها، نقش‌های رمزی این حیوانات و معانی سمبلک آنها بیان شد تا خوانندگان با استناد به این معانی، محتوای اثر و هدف آن را بهتر دریابند. این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نویسنده این اثر با بهره‌گیری از نمادهای رایج ادب فارسی و شیوه‌ای رمزآمیز، تفکری انتزاعی و عقلانی در ذهن مخاطب ایجاد کرده است و با این روش مفاهیم اخلاقی، عرفانی، فلسفی، مذهبی، اساطیری، عامیانه را در فکر مخاطب پرورش داده است.

Animal Symbolism in the Book “TarabolMajales”

There are various facts and events in the universe that go beyond human understanding, and people do not have the abilities and tools to understand them; therefore, they use an innovative tool called the symbol to describe them. Symbols are diverse in all aspects of human life, especially in literature, art, culture and human beliefs. The use of the animal symbolism in past works has become more prevalent than other symbols. ‘TarabolMajales’ is one of the books in which its author used animal symbolism in the form of the debate. To better interpret and understand the text, first of all, the symbols of this work must be recognized and decoded. For this purpose, animals represented in this work were examined and extracted, and then, using other allegorical and symbolic works and samples used in them, the codified roles of these animals and their symbolic expressions were expressed to readers. This research shows that the author of this work, using the common symbols of Persian literature and a mysterious style, has created an abstract and rational thinking in the mind of the audience. By this method, the author of this work has developed moral, mystical, philosophical, religious, mythological, and folk concepts in the mind of the audience.
