نقش و جایگاه زمان در ایجاد تعلیق و ضدّتعلیق در رساله الطیرهای فارسی و عربی

در یک نگاه کلی، رساله‌الطیرها اغلب متونِ رواییِ کوتاه قلمداد می‌شوند. معتقدان به این دیدگاه، کاربرد اندک عوامل تعلیق‌آفرین و حداکثریِ عناصر ضدّتعلیقی را دلیل این اختصار می‌دانند. در این مقاله، می‌خواهیم براساس اصل زمان روایت، ثابت کنیم نه تنها عناصر تعلیق‌آفرین و ضدّتعلیقی همپای هم در این آثار نقش‌آفرینی کرده‌اند، چه بسا، عناصر تعلیق‌آفرین بیشتر از عناصر ضدتّعلیقی کاربرد داشته‌اند، همچنین به دنبال آن هستیم تا دلیل و جایگاه کاربرد عناصر تعلیقی و ضدّتعلیقی را در این آثار بررسی کنیم. این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی توصیفی به این نتایج رسیده است که عناصر تعلیقی در این آثار با بسامد یازده نسبت به عناصر ضدّتعلیقی با بسامد سه کاربرد بیشتری داشته‌اند. در عناصر تعلیق‌آفرین، تعویق از طریق تکرار و برای تاکید بر درون‌مایۀ عرفانی، بیشترین و در عناصر ضدّتعلیقی، حذف مطالب به جهت بی‌اهمیت بودن، کمترین بسامد را دارند. این امر حاکی است موضوع عرفانی تعلیمی و حالات روایت‌شنو تعیین‌کنندۀ اصلی کاربرد این‌گونه عناصر بوده است. هر جا راویان باید برای آموزش، مطلبی را تکرار کنند از تعلیق استفاده کرده و هر جا شرایط روایت‌شنو اقتضا می‌کرده، مطالب را حذف و به ضدّتعلیق روی‌آورده‌اند.

The Role and Position of ’Time’ in Making Suspension and Antisuspension in Persian and Arabic Risālāt alTayr

In a general sense, Risālāt alTayr (treatises on birds) are often considered short and brief narrative texts. Proponents of this view argue that minimum use of the factors of suspense and maximum use of the antisuspense factors are the reasons for this shortness and brevity. In this article, by using Genette’s narrative theory and on the basis of the narration time, we aim to prove that not only the suspense and antisuspense factors play a role in these treatises, but also, the suspense factors are used more than antisuspense ones.  We also aim to investigate the reason of using the suspense and antisuspense elements in these works. By using analyticaldescriptive method, the research has reached the conclusion that in Risālāt alTayr (treatises on birds) the suspense elements with eleven frequencies have more application than the antisuspense elements with three frequencies. In the elements of suspense, deferment through repetition and for emphasizing the mystical theme, have the highest, and in the antisuspense elements, the removal of content due to insignificance, have the lowest frequency. This indicates that mysticaldidactic topics and the modes of narrative audience play a major role in Risālāt alTayr. Whenever the narrator has to repeat a story for training, he/she uses the suspense elements, and whenever the circumstances of the narrative audiences require, he/she omit the training materials and resorts to the antisuspense elements.
