طراحی مدل جامع توسعه دور کاری در عصر انقلاب صنعتی پنجم: ساخت دهی مساله با روش شناسی سیستم های نرم

تحولات علمی و فناوری، به ویژه در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، باعث تغییرات چشمگیری در زندگی روزمره انسان‌ها شده و دورکاری به عنوان یک رویکرد نوین در مدیریت کارها و انجام فعالیت‌ها، به خصوص در شرایط ایجاد شده توسط پاندمی کرونا، مورد ترویج قرار گرفته است. با توجه به نیاز روزافزون بوجود آمده از جنبه های تکنولوژیک و بحران های فراگیر، این مطالعه مفهوم دورکاری را در چارچوبی که شامل دوره‌ی کرونا و انقلاب صنعتی پنجم است، مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد و نیاز به توجه علمی جامع و روش‌های نوآورانه را تاکید می‌کند. برای رفع این چالش‌ها، این تحقیق با بکارگیری رویکرد متدولوژی سیستم های نرم یک مدل سیستمی ارائه می‌دهد که دیدگاه‌ها و محدودیت‌های مختلف ذینفعان را در نظر می‌گیرد و هدف آن افزایش اجرای کار از راه دور است. با استفاده از روش‌های سیستمی و تحلیل داده‌های کیفی، این مطالعه به روشی انعطاف‌پذیر و سیستمی به توسعه مدل می‌پردازد. علاوه بر این، نقش فناوری، فرهنگ سازمانی و استراتژی‌های مدیریت در کاهش انزوای اجتماعی و افزایش کارایی کار از راه دور را برجسته می‌کند. یافته‌ها بر جنبه پویای اکوسیستم کار از راه دور تاکید می‌کنند و اهمیت راهکارهای چندجانبه برای موفقیت سازمانی در دوران انقلاب صنعتی پنجم را تاکید می‌کنند.

designing a comprehensive model of work cycle development in the era of the fifth industrial revolution: problem formulation with soft systems methodology

scientific and technological developments, especially in the field of information and communication technology, have caused significant changes in people’s daily lives, and remote work has been promoted as a new approach in managing work and performing activities, especially in the conditions created by the corona pandemic. this study examines the concept of remote work in a special framework that includes the corona period and the fifth industrial revolution and emphasizes the need for comprehensive scientific attention and innovative methods. to solve these challenges, this research presents a comprehensive model by applying the soft systems methodology (ssm), which takes into account the perspectives and limitations of different stakeholders and aims to increase the implementation of remote work. using systematic methods and qualitative data analysis, this study develops the model in a flexible and comprehensive way. in addition, it highlights the role of technology, organizational culture and management strategies in reducing social isolation and increasing telework efficiency. the findings emphasize the dynamic aspect of the remote work ecosystem and emphasize the importance of multifaceted solutions for organizational success in the era of the fifth industrial revolution.
