فرآیند قیمت گذاری محصول در خوشه های صنعتی با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک

بیش از یک دهه است که توسعه صنعتی مبتنی بر ساختار خوشه‌های صنعتی، به عنوان یک استراتژی نوین مورد برنامه‌ریزی و سیاستگذاری کشورهای صنعتی در حال توسعه قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اهمیت نقش خوشه‌های صنعتی در برنامه‌های توسعه اقتصادی، ارائه راهکارهایی به منظور بهبود، پیشرفت و توسعه خوشه‌ها همواره مسئله مورد توجه محققان و متخصصان این موضوع بوده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر نیز ارائه راهکاری برای فرآیند قیمت‌گذاری محصول در این پدیده صنعتیاقتصادی می باشد به گونه ای که ساختار مدل پیشنهادی بر پایه سازوکارها و فعالیت‌های اجزای تشکیل دهنده‌ی خوشه های صنعتی تعریف گردیده است.فرآیند قیمت‌گذاری پیشنهادی بر اساس مفهوم بازی استکلبرگ و استراتژی قیمت‌گذاری تعرفه‌ای ارائه گردیده و به منظور حل مدل در سطوح تولیدی خوشه، از الگوریتم فراابتکاری ژنتیک استفاده شده است. در پایان، عملکرد و کارایی مدل ارائه شده در قالب یک مثال عددی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با استفاده از روش تنظیم پارامتر تاگوچی مقادیر بهینه متغیرهای مدل ارائه گردیده است. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از حل مدل پیشنهادی، قیمت بهینه عمده فروشی محصولات خوشه تعیین گردیده و هر بنگاه بر اساس مقدار بهینه تقاضای خود تعرفه مناسب خوشه را انتخاب می‌نماید.

Pricing process in industrial clusters using genetic algorithm

It’s more than one decade that industrial development based on the structure of industrial clusters as a new strategy has been planned and administrated by developed industrialized countries. Considering the importance of the role of industrial clusters in economic development programs, providing solutions to improve, progress and development of clusters has always been a concern for researchers and specialists.The aim of this study is to provide a mechanism for pricing process of the product in this industrialeconomic phenomenon; So that the structure of the proposed model is defined based on mechanisms and activities of the components of industrial clusters. The proposed pricing process is presented based on the concept of Stackelberg game theory and tariff pricing strategy, and in order to solve the model in production level of cluster, a metaheuristic genetic algorithm is used. Finally, the performance and efficiency of the proposed model is studied in the form of a numerical example, and using the parameter tuning Taguchi method the optimal value of the model variables are presented. Based on the obtained results, the optimal wholesale price of cluster’s products are determined and each manufacturer select the appropriate tariff based on its optimal demand.
