تاثیر یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین و عدم قطعیت تقاضا بر عملکرد بنگاه

در این تحقیق تاثیر رابطه تعاملی عدم قطعیت تقاضا و انواع مختلف یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین شامل یکپارچگی داخلی، فرایند و محصول بر روی عملکرد بنگاه در ابعاد عملیاتی و مالی به روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از پرسشنامه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مطالعات پیشین تاثیر تعاملی یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین با عدم قطعیت تقاضا بر روی عملکرد به شکل انجام شده در این مقاله انجام نشده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شرکت‌های فعال در صنایع قطعه‌سازی خودرو و فولاد را شامل می‌شوند. داده‌های 84 بنگاه از طریق ارسال پرسشنامه به شرکت‌ها جمع‌آوری شد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 25 جهت بررسی فرضیات تحقیق مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از مدل رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی استفاده شد و متغیر صنعت به‌عنوان متغیر کنترلی در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که یکپارچگی در ابعاد داخلی و فرایند بر روی عملکرد عملیاتی و مالی تاثیر مثبت دارد. در مقابل، یکپارچگی در بعد محصول بر روی عملکرد مالی تاثیر منفی دارد. هنگامی‌که بنگاه‌ها با عدم قطعیت در حوزه تقاضا مواجه می‌شوند، یکپارچگی فرایند موجب بهبود عملکرد مالی می‌شود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق توصیه می‌شود بنگاه‌ها به یکپارچگی در ابعاد داخلی و فرایند بپردازند؛ زیرا این دو نوع یکپارچگی هم عملکرد مالی و هم عملیاتی را بهبود می‌دهند. به‌علاوه، در شرایط عدم قطعیت تقاضا، بنگاه‌ها بهتر است یکپارچگی فرایند را در اولویت قرار دهند. همچنین، نوع صنعت تاثیری بر نتایج نداشته است.

The effect of supply chain integration and demand uncertainty on firm performance

In this study, we examined the effect of the interaction between demand uncertainty and supply chain integration on firm performance using a survey method with questionnaires. The sample consists of the firms that were in steel and auto parts industries. Previous studies had not examined the interaction effect between these three types of integration and uncertainty in supply chains as was done in this study. In total, 84 firms participated in the study. We used hierarchical regression model to test our hypotheses with industry type added as a control variable. Research findings showed that integration in internal and process dimensions can have a positive effect on both operational and financial performance. However, product integration had no effect on operational performance while it had a negative effect on financial performance. There was a significant interaction between demand uncertainty and integration dimensions as well. Under conditions of demand uncertainty, process integration improved financial performance. Considering these results, it is recommended that companies focus on internal and process integration as more effective types of integration, which improve both types of performance and give higher priority to process integration under high demand uncertainty conditions. Furthemore, type of industry did not influence study results.
