انتخاب همزمان تکنولوژی و روش انتقال بهینه آن از ارجح‌ترین تامین‌کننده با استفاده از روش‌ تصمیم گیری ترکیبی بهترینبدترین و تحلیل شبکه ای خاکستری

یکی از تصمیمات مهم در زنجیره تامین انتخاب تامین کننده است که بر بخشها و اهداف مختلف یک زنجیره اثرات مهمی بر‌جای میگذارد. ازآنجاکه در حوزه انتخاب تامینکننده سه شاخص: انتخاب محصول/تکنولوژی، انتخاب روش انتقال محصول/ تکنولوژی و انتخاب تامین کننده محصول/تکنولوژی، قابل بحث و بررسی می‌باشند؛ در این مقاله، عوامل تاثیرگذار بر این سه شاخص شناسایی و اهمیت معیارها با استفاده از روش دیمتل خاکستری و روش بهترینبدترین (bwm) تعیین خواهد شد. سپس اولویت گزینه ها با استفاده از روش تصمیم‌گیری تحلیل شبکه‌ای خاکستری که از قوی‌ترین روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری است مشخص خواهد شد. در این مقاله تلاش شده است تا برتری روش bwm برای تعیین اهمیت معیارها نسبت به روش‌های پیشین در این گروه نشان داده شود. میزان سازگاری به دست آمده برای روش bwm تایید کننده این ادعا است. به منظور بررسی روش پیشنهادی، یک نمونه مطالعاتی با وجود 5 تامین‌کننده نهایی، 3 تکنولوژی و 5 روش انتقال تکنولوژی اجرایی گردید که به انتخاب بهترین تامین‌کننده‌ای که دارای تکنولوژی برتر بوده و با روش انتقال بهینه قادر به انتقال تکنولوژی است، ختم شد.

Simultaneous selection of the appropriate technology and its optimal technology transfer method from the preferred supplier applying BWM and grey ANP methods

One of the important decisions in the supply chain is the supplier selection affecting different sectors and objectives of a chain significantly. When it comes to supplier selection, product/technology selection, product/technology transfer method selection, and product/technology supplier selection are three debatable factors. Hence, in this paper, criteria influencing these three indicators will be identified and their importance will be ranked by GrayDEMETEL and BestWorst Method (BWM). Then, the priority of the options will be determined using Gray Analytical Network Process (GANP), which is one of the strongest decisionmaking methods. This paper attempts to demonstrate the superiority of the BWM method in determining the importance of criteria while comparing to previous methods in this group. The compliance rate obtained for the BWM confirms this claim. In order to investigate the proposed approach, a case study was conducted while considering 5 final suppliers, 3 technologies and 5 technology transfer methods, which ended with the selection of the best supplier with the highest technology and capable of transferring the technology by the optimal transfer method.
