الگویی یکپارچه از تولید پایدار با نگرشی بر رویکردهای اکولوژیک و همزیستی صنعتی

سرعت رقابت‌پذیری و نوآوری سازمانی بخصوص در مجموعه عملکردهای توسعه‌دهنده درجه پایداری شرکت‌ها و نیز فشار محیطی بر روی شرکت‌های تولیدی به‌منظور پیش‌بینی مزایای اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی فرآیندها و محصولاتشان، در دهه‌های اخیر افزایش چشمگیر و فراوانی داشته است. این وضعیت، شرکت‌های تولیدی سراسر جهان را به چالشی جدید کشیده است تا با توسعه و اجرای شیوه‌ها و ابزار تولید پایدار جایگاه رقابتی‌شان را در بازار حفظ کنند و پیشرفت پایدار را که هم‌زمان موضوعات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و محیطی را در فرآیند پیشرفت نشانه می‌گیرند، دنبال نمایند. این پژوهش بر پایداری کسب‌وکار با رویکرد نوینی از همزیستی صنعتی تمرکز داشته و سعی نمود ضمن شناسایی ابعاد تولید پایدار از دیدگاه مدیران شرکت‌های تولیدی صنعتی موفق در استان سمنان، اقدام به طراحی مدلی از تولید پایدار نماید. بدین منظور با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و با تکیه‌بر فن شبکه خزانه و پیمودن گام‌های آن با مدیران 33 شرکت با حداقل فعالیت پیوسته 5 ساله و موفق در سطح استان، مصاحبه و نسبت به ایجاد 33 شبکه خزانه شخصی منفرد و درمجموع 175 سازه شخصی اولیه تولید پایدار اقدام شد، که درنهایت با واکاوی و تحلیل این سازه‌ها، شبکه جمعی تولید پایدار مشتمل بر 87 سازه ثانویه در 11 بخش ترسیم و بر اساس تحلیل خوشه‌ای با نرم‌افزار spss مورد تحلیل و طبقه‌بندی قرار گرفت و مدلی از تولید پایدار با 11 رکن اصلی و 87 سازه در 4 بخش و ارائه 4 استراتژی تولید یعنی تولید اقتصادی، تولید ناب، تولید سبز و تولید پایدار، صورت گرفت.

An Integrated Model of Sustainable Production with Perspective in Ecological and Industrial Symbiosis Approaches

The speed of competitiveness and organizational innovation, specifically with respect to corporate sustainability improving functions and environmental stress on manufacturing companies in predicting economic, social, and ecological advantages of their processes and products, significantly increased in the recent decade. This condition faced all manufacturing companies across the world with a new challenge, making them try not only to maintain their current competitive status by developing and implementing sustainable production tools, but also to follow a sustainable progress that considers social, economic, and environmental matters at the same time. This study focused on business sustainability with a new perspective in industrial symbiosis, and tried to develop a sustainable production model through identifying different dimensions of sustainable production from managerial viewpoints of successful manufacturing companies in Semnan Province, Iran. To this end, managers of 33 successful companies across the province with at least fiveyear continuous work experience were interviewed, using the repertory grid technique. As a result, 33 single individual repertory grids and 175 initial individual constructs of sustainable production were fabricated. Finally, the sustainable collective grid of sustainable production, including 87 secondary constructs within 11 sections were drawn and analyzed through cluster analysis in SPSS. At the end, a sustainable production model with 11 pivots and 87 constructs within 4 sections, along with four production strategies (economic production, lean production, green production, and sustainable production) were proposed
