تدوین سرفصل‌های توانمندسازی حرفه مندان گروه پزشکی جهت نقش آفرینی موثر در اکوسیستم نوآوری، فناوری و دانش بنیان

کارآفرینی و تولید ثروت دانش‌بنیان، طی سال‌های گذشته، از موضوعات مهم در نهادهای علمی و اجرایی، ازجمله نهادهای متولی سلامت است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر به طراحی سرفصل‌های توانمندسازی حرفه‌مندان گروه پزشکی برای نقش‌آفرینی موثر در اکوسیستم نوآوری و فناوری و دانش‌بنیان پرداخته است. به‌منظور انجام‌دادن این مطالعه از روش دامنه‌پژوهی استفاده شده است. پس از تعیین سوالات پژوهش، با یک فرایند نظام مند دقیق، طیفی گسترده از ادبیات بررسی و سپس جست‌وجوی گلوله‌ی برفی برای رصد مطالعات مرتبط بیشتر انجام شد. در مرحله‌ی بعد، مرتبط‌ترین اطلاعات، استخراج و داده‌ها بر حسب نیاز، دسته‌بندی و مرتب شدند؛ سپس، خلاصه‌ی نتایج در جداول آمار توصیفی و روایی ارائه گشتند. کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، به‌صورت زوجی انجام شد. در انتها، حیطه‌ها و سرفصل‌های برنامه‌ی درسی کارآفرینی، استخراج و در قالب فهرستی پیشنهادی تنظیم گردید؛ سپس، از روش گروه خبرگان، به‌منظور توافق بر سرفصل‌های درسی و تدوین اهداف آموزشی در هریک، استفاده شد. در این مطالعه، 52 توانمندی الزامی برای نقش‌آفرینی موثر حرفه‌مندان گروه پزشکی در اکوسیستم نوآوری و فناوری و دانش‌بنیان شناسایی شد. این توانمندی‌ها در قالب هفده سرفصل درسی، دسته‌بندی و در نهایت در سه حیطه‌ی انگیزش، دانش و مهارت مرتبط با کارآفرینی و دانش و مهارت مرتبط با کسب ‌و کار، طبقه‌بندی شدند. با توجه به ماهیت کارآفرینی، ارائه‌ی آموزش‌های لازم با هدف ایجاد دیدگاهی جامع به فرصت‌ها و نیازهای موجود در جامعه و همچنین فضای کسب و کارهای دانش‌بنیان از مفاهیمی پایه‌ای است که باید در کنار کارآفرینی و کسب و کار گنجانده شود.

designing course topics to empower medical professionals to have an effective role in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem

entrepreneurship and the creation of knowledge-based wealth during the past years are considerable issues in scientific and executive institutions, including health institutions. the present study aimed to design course topics to empower medical professionals to have an effective role in the innovation, technology, and knowledge-based ecosystem. this study was conducted using the scoping review method. after determining the research questions, a wide range of studies were investigated systematically and then a snowball search was performed to identify more relevant studies. in the next step, the most relevant data were extracted and then categorized and arranged according to the needs, and finally, the results were summarized as descriptive and inferential statistics tables. the data were coded and analyzed in pairs. ultimately, the areas and course topics of the entrepreneurship curriculum were extracted and arranged as a suggested list. then, the expert panel method was used to agree on the course topics and develop educational goals. in this study, 52 essential competencies were identified for medical professionals to have an effective role in the innovation, technology, and knowledge-based ecosystem. these competencies were categorized as 17 course topics and 3 categories including motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, and business knowledge and skills. providing the necessary training to develop a comprehensive view of the opportunities and needs in society as well as the knowledge-based business environment is one of the basic concepts that should be included alongside entrepreneurship and business.
