تاثیر توصیه‌های دینی و اخلاقی بر بهداشت محیط در دوره‌ی آل‌بویه (330 تا 447 ه.ق)

پژوهش حاضر در پی یافتن پاسخ این سوال است که توصیه‌های دینی و اخلاقی تا چه حد بر بهداشت محیط شهرهای قلمرو آل‌بویه اثرگذار بوده است؟. در پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی و تکیه بر منابع کتابخانه‌ای از کتب روایی، تاریخی، طبی و جغرافیایی فیش‌برداری شد؛ سپس پس از دسته‌بندی داده‌ها در مهم‌ترین حوزه‌های مرتبط با بهداشت محیط و بررسی آن‌ها، نتیجه‌ حاصل شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که در نیمه‌ی اول دوره‌ی حکومت آل‌بویه، در پی افزایش جمعیت و گسترش برخی شهرها، نیاز به اقدامات بهداشتی در حوزه‌های مختلف، که امروزه از وظایف متولیان بهداشت محیط است، احساس شد. در کنار دستورات و توصیه‌های موجود در برخی آیات و روایات که مبنای بخشی از قوانین بهداشتی به شمار می‌رفت، تعدادی از حکام این سلسله مانند عضدالدوله (324 تا 372 ه.ق) نیز با برخی اقدامات عمرانی و خدماتی همچون تامین آب شرب یا احداث مراکز درمانی و خدماتی و نصب محتسب به دخالت در امر بهداشت شهرها در حوزه‌های مختلف پرداختند؛ البته بخشی از این اقدامات با سلامت جامعه در حوزه‌ی بهداشت مواد غذایی، معابر و اماکن عمومی و بهداشت آب و دفع فاضلاب در ارتباط بود.

The Effect of Religious and Moral Advice on Environmental Health Situation during Al-Buwayh Period (447-330 AH)

The present study seeks to find an answer to this question, ldquo;how effective was the religious and moral advice on environmental health situation of cities under the territory of AlBuwayh dynasty rdquo;? Findings indicate that in the first half of the AlBuwayh era, following the increase in population and expansion of some cities, the need for health measures in various areas was felt, of which is considered a responsibility of environmental health authorities nowadays. In addition to the instructions and recommendations being embodied in some verses of Quran and hadiths being the basis of health laws, a number of rulers of this dynasty, like Azd alDawlah intervened in the health affairs of cities in various fields such as providing drinking water, constructing of medical and service centers, and appointing Sheriffs (Darougheh). A part of the mentioned actions was involved with the community health in the field of food hygiene, roads and public places, water hygiene as well as sewage disposal. In the present study, first, narrative, historical, medical and geographical books were indexed by using descriptiveanalytical method and relying on library resources; second, the data in the most important areas related to environmental health was classified; and then, a conclusion was reached.
