بررسی آگاهی پرستاران از اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای و موانع رعایت آن در بیمارستان‌های دولتی استان خراسان جنوبی، در سال 1398

به‌کارگیری اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای از سوی پرستاران، موجب ایجاد محیط اجتماعی و روانی مناسب برای بیماران می‌شود. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین میزان آگاهی پرستاران، از اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای و موانع رعایت آن در بیمارستان‌های دولتی استان خراسان جنوبی، در سال 1398، بود. پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای توصیفی‌مقطعی است که روی 230 نفر از پرستاران استان خراسان جنوبی، به روش نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای، انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، فهرست اطلاعات فردی و پرسش‌نامه‌ی موانع رعایت معیارهای اخلاق حرفه‌ای و آگاهی از اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای بود. اطلاعات، توسط نرم‌افزار spss، نسخه‌ی 22 و با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. در این مطالعه، میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان، 5.73 ± 32.34 به دست آمد. میانگین نمره‌ی آگاهی شرکت‌کنندگان، در سطحی متوسط قرار داشت و حیطه‌ی محیطی، اولین مانع رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای از دیدگاه پرستاران بود. نتایج نشان داد مهم‌ترین موانع رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای، به‌ترتیب، تامین‌نشدن نیازهای پایه، توقعات نابه‌جای بیماران و همراهانشان و کمبود پرسنل پرستاری است. با توجه به اینکه آگاهی پرستاران از اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سطحی متوسط است، برگزاری کارگاه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای، رفع موانع محیطی و فراهم‌کردن وضعیت مطلوب برای پرستاران، ازجمله، بهبود وضعیت بخش‌ها و افزایش نیرو و برآوردن انتظارات آن‌ها در زمینه‌های مختلف، مانند استراحت کافی، مکفی‌بودن درآمد و تدوین شیفت‌های مناسب، توصیه می‌شود.

Survey of Nurses' Awareness about the Principles of Professional Ethics and Barriers to Its Observance in Public Hospitals in South Khorasan Province in 2019

Applying the principles of professional ethics by nurses creates a suitable social and psychological environment for patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of nurses #39; awareness of the principles of professional ethics and barriers towards its observance in public hospitals in South Khorasan province in 2019.The present study was a crosssectional study that was performed on 230 nurses in South Khorasan province by multistage sampling method. Data collection tools were a checklist of demographic information and a questionnaire about nurses #39; awareness and barriers of the principles of professional ethics. Data were analyzed by SPSS V.22 software using descriptive and inferential statistics. In this study, the mean ± SD age of participants was 32.34 ± 5.73 years. The mean score of participants #39; awareness was moderate level and the first obstacle to professional ethics from the perspective of nurses was the environmental domain. The most important obstacles to professional ethics were dissatisfaction from basic needs, unreasonable expectations of patients and their attendants from nursing staff and nursing staff shortages, respectively. Since nurses #39; awareness of the principles of professional ethics is moderate level, so holding professional ethics workshops, removing environmental barriers, and providing favorable conditions for nurses including improving the conditions of wards and increasing staff and meeting their expectations in the fields Various such as adequate rest, adequate income and planning appropriate shifts are recommended.
