ارزیابی توجه به ملاحظات اخلاقی کادر درمانی در برخورد با بیماران مبتلا به ویروس کووید 19

بشر، طی دهه‌های اخیر، از طرفی با پدیده‌های جوی و تغییرات محیطی و از طرف دیگر، با ظهور بیماری‌های نوپدید مواجه بوده است. مدیریت بیماری‌های نوپدید، مستلزم درنظرگرفتن رویکرد اخلاقی برای کنترل و مراقبت از این بیماری‌هاست. معضلات اخلاقی حاصل از پیشرفت‌های تشخیصی و درمانی نوین در علم پزشکی، ضرورت پرداختن به اخلاق پزشکی را دوچندان کرده است. یکی از بیماری‌های نوپدید در قرن حاضر که تقریباً، همه‌ی جهان با آن روبه‌رو شده‌اند، بیماری کروناویروس است. مطالعه‌ی حاضر، با هدف بررسی ضرورت توجه کادر درمانی، به ملاحظات اخلاقی در مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به ویروس کووید 19، انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، علاوه بر استفاده از مقالات منتشرشده درباره‌ی این بیماری که از اواخر سال 2019 میلادی تا اوایل سال 2020 میلادی نگاشته شده‌اند و همچنین، بهره‌گیری از پژوهش‌های داخلی که ابعاد متفاوت این بیماری را بررسی کرده‌اند، مصاحبه‌هایی نیز، با بهبودیافتگان بیماری کروناویروس انجام شده است. این مصاحبه‌شوندگان، در بازه‌ی زمانی آغاز فراگیری ویروس، اوایل بهمن‌ماه 1398 تا اواخر مهر 1399، در بیمارستان شهیدصدوقی استان یزد، بستری بوده‌اند. بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد توجه هر چه بیشتر به ملاحظات اخلاقی در مراقبت از بیماران مبتلا به بیماری کووید 19، نیازمند گنجاندن آموزش‌ اخلاق حرفه‌ای و پزشکی به ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات درمانی به این بیماران است و برای مدیریت بهینه‌ی این بیماری، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Assessing the Need to Pay Attention to the Ethical Considerations of Medical Staff in Dealing with Patients with Covid-19

In recent decades, on the one hand, we have faced atmospheric phenomena and environmental changes, and on the other hand, with the emergence of new diseases called emerging diseases. Managing emerging diseases requires an ethical approach to control and care for them. Ethical problems raising from new diagnostic and therapeutic advances in medical science have increased the need to address medical ethics. One of these emerging diseases of the present century, which is faced by almost the whole world and its problems, is coronavirus (COVID19). The present study was conducted with the aim of assessing attention of medical staff towards ethical considerations in the care of patients with COVID19. In this study, in addition to the use of articles published in English related to this disease from late 2019 to early 2020, as well as using national researches by different research groups, different dimensions of the disease is reviewed; Interviews were conducted with the COVID19 recovered patients who were hospitalized in Shahid Sadoughi Hospital in Yazd Province from the beginning of February 2020 to the end of October 2020. Studies showed the need to put ethical considerations in the care of patients with COVID19 by training health care providers about professional ethics and medical ethics in the pandemic of the virus in order to optimally manage the disease
