بررسی ارتباط سلامت معنوی با دیسترس اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان

تجربه‌ای نامطلوب، تحت عنوان »دیسترس اخلاقی «، از مسائل عمده‌ای است که پرستاران هنگام تصمیم‌گیری اخلاقی با آن روبه‌رو هستند. بعد معنوی، از ابعاد اثرگذار بر دیسترس اخلاقی آنان است؛ لذا این مطالعه، با هدف تعیین ارتباط سلامت معنوی با دیسترس اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس انجام گرفت. در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌تحلیلی،140 پرستار شاغل در اورژانس مراکز آموزشی‌درمانی شهر همدان، به‌صورت سرشماری، شرکت داشتند. داده‌ها، ازطریق پرسش‌نامه‌ای سه‌قسمتی، شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسش‌نامه‌ی سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون و پرسش‌نامه‌ی دیسترس اخلاقی کورلی جمع‌آوری شد. داده‌ها، پس از جمع‌آوری، با آزمون کای دو و ضریب هم‌بستگی پیرسون و ازطریق نرم‌افزار spss، نسخه‌ی 16، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 7.31 ±31.9 سال بود. نمره‌ی سلامت معنوی و دیسترس اخلاقی اکثر پرستاران، در حد متوسط بود. بین سلامت معنوی، با شدت دیسترس اخلاقی پرستاران، هم‌بستگی منفی و معنی‌دار مشاهده شد (r=-0.200,p=0.05)؛ بدین معنی که هرچه نمره‌ی سلامت معنوی پرستاران بالاتر بود، دیسترس اخلاقی آن‌ها شدتی کمتر داشت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد سلامت معنوی، پارامتری موثر در کاهش دیسترس اخلاقی در پرستاران است؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود در ارتقای سلامت پرستاران به بعد معنوی نیز، توجه شود.

Relationship Between Spiritual Health and Moral Distress of Nurses Working in Emergency Department of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences Hospitals

Undesirable experience as ldquo;moral distress rdquo; is one of the major issues faced by nurses when making moral decisions. The spiritual dimension is one of the dimensions that influences their moral distress; therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between spiritual health and the moral distress of nurses working in the emergency departments. In this descriptiveanalytic study, 140 nurses working in the emergency departments of the educational and medical centers of Hamedan participated by census sampling. Data were collected through a threepart questionnaire, including demographic information, Paloutzian and Ellison spiritual health questionnaires and Corly moral distress questionnaire. The data was analyzed by Chisquare test and Pearson correlation coefficients using SPSS software, version 16. The mean age of participants was 31.9 ± 7.31 years. The spiritual health score and moral distress of most nurses were moderate. A negative and significant correlation was observed between spiritual health and the severity of nurseschr('39') moral distress, (r = 0.200, p = 0.05), meaning that the higher the nursechr('39')s spiritual health score, the lower their moral distress. The results indicate that spiritual health is an effective parameter in reducing moral distress in nurses, so it is suggested to pay attention to spiritual rsquo;s dimension in promotion of nurseschr('39') health.
