بررسی رابطه‌ی بین نفوذ اجتماعی، بهره‌وری و کارایی، در شبکه‌ی هم‌نویسندگی پژوهشگران حوزه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی

پژوهش حاضر در نظر دارد رابطه‌ی نفوذ اجتماعی، بهره‌وری و کارایی پژوهشگران حوزه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی و همچنین، تحلیل و ترسیم شبکه‌های اجتماعی نویسندگان این حوزه را بررسی کند. این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش‌های رایج در مطالعات علم سنجی و با شیوه‌ی هم‌نویسندگی و تحلیل شبکه انجام شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش را همه‌ی مقاله‌های چاپ شده در مجله‌های حوزه‌ی اخلاق پزشکی تشکیل می‌دهند که در بازه‌ی زمانی 1978تا2017، در پایگاه web of science نمایه شده‌اند؛ به‌طور کلی، تعداد 14231 مقاله و 20845 پژوهشگر، بررسی شده‌اند. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزارهای spssو ucinet استفاده شد. بررسی رابطه‌ی شاخص‌های نفوذ اجتماعی (مرکزیت رتبه، بینابینی و نزدیکی) و کارایی (تعداد استناد) نشان داد بین کارایی و مرکزیت، درجه‌ی هم‌بستگی مثبت وجود دارد؛ اما کارایی مرکزیت نزدیکی و بینابینی، هم‌بستگی منفی دارند؛ همچنین، بین شاخص‌های نفوذ اجتماعی و بهره‌وری، هم‌بستگی مثبت و معناداری دیده شد. نتایج نشان داد پژوهشگرانی که از نظر بهره‌وری و کارایی، وضعیتی مطلوب دارند، از نفوذ اجتماعی بالایی برخوردارند؛ همچنین، پژوهشگرانی که دارای مرکزیت درجه‌ی بالایی هستند، از نظر بهره‌وری و کارایی، در وضعیتی خوب قرار گرفته‌اند.

Investigating Association between Social influence, Productivity, and Performance in Co-author Network of Researchers in Medical Ethics

The purpose of this research is to investigate association between social influence, productivity, and performance among researchers of medical ethics field. This research was done using common methods in scientometric studies with the method of coauthor and network analysis. The statistical population of the study consists of all articles published in journals in the field of medical ethics, which were indexed in the database of web of science in the period of 19782017. A total of 14,231 articles and 20,845 researchers were surveyed. Data analysis was done using UciNet and SPSS softwares. Research findings based on the social influence that calculated for each researcher. The study of relationship between social influence and performance showed that there is positive correlation between performance and degree centrality. However, there is a negative correlation between performance and closeness and betweenness centrality. Also, the relation between social influence and productivity showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between social influence and productivity indices. The results showed that the researcher who have a good status in terms of performance, have a high social impact. In addition, researchers who have a high degree centrality are in a favorable position in terms of productivity and performance.
