تحلیل اخلاق پزشکی در قصه‌های طبیب‌محور مثنوی معنوی

در میان روابط انسانی، رابطه‌ی پزشک و بیمار، یکی از چالش‌برانگیزترین موضوعات است. این ارتباط، اهمیت ویژه‌ای در اخلاق پزشکی دارد و سنگ بنای اقدامات طبی را تشکیل می‌دهد. ارتباط بین پزشک و بیمار موجب ایجاد اطمینان میان آنان می‌شود تا به‌حدی ‌که برخی مواقع حذاقت پزشک را تحت‌الشعاع قرار می‌دهد. یک طبیب حاذق افزون بر آگاهی از علوم پزشکی باید هنر برقراری ارتباط با بیمار را نیز داشته باشد؛ خدشه‌دارشدن این ارتباط منجر به بی‌اعتمادی، نارضایتی و ناکارآمدی در درمان می‌شود. نگارندگان این مقاله در پی واکاوی عمده‌‌ترین مسا‌ئل اخلاق پزشکی در قصه‌های طبیب‌محور مثنوی هستند. مولوی تحت لوای مطالب طبی مطروحه در قصه‌ها نظیر نبض‌شناسی، مزاج‌شناسی، گیاه‌درمانی، روال درمان و... به مسئولیت‌ها و وظایف اخلاقی پزشکان نیز اشاره‌هایی ویژه‌ داشته است؛ برای مثال، در قصه‌ی »پادشاه و کنیزک « رازداری، گوش‌سپاری، شفقت و مهربانی و مجرب‌بودن طبیب غیبی در برابر کنیزک ازجمله مواردی است که در اخلاق پزشکی مطرح می‌شود؛ در پایان این داستان، مخاطبان، ناباورانه عملکرد طبیب غیبی (کشته‌شدن زرگر توسط او) را مغایر با روح سوگندنامه‌ی بقراط ارزیابی می‌کنند. در قصه‌ی »طبیب و پیرمرد « نیز ناکارآمدی ارتباط میان پزشک و بیمار بسیار محرز است؛ همدلی‌نداشتن و ارتباط غیرعاطفی پزشک با بیمار، به‌ویژه در نخستین برخورد که بدون سیمولوژی صورت پذیرفته است، زمینه‌ای را فراهم ساخته تا بیمار به پزشک بی‌اعتماد شود و از شیوه‌ی درمان او ناخرسند باشد. در حکایت »آن رنجور که طبیب در او اومید صحت ندید « طبیب با کتمان راز و بیان ناکافی و ناواضح تجویز، زندگی بیمار را به مخاطره افکنده است.

Investigating Medical Ethics in the Medicine-Based Tales of Mathnawi

In human communication, the relationship between the patient and the physician is one of the most challenging issues. This relationship is of critical importance in the medical ethics and forms the base of medical measures. Relationship between the physician and the patient brings about mutual trust between them to the extent that it overshadows physician rsquo;s skills. A physician needs to have the art of communication with the patients as well as his information in medical sciences. Damaging this communication leads to lack of efficiency, trust and satisfaction in the treatment of the patient. The authors of this article seek to analyze the major issues of medical ethics in the medical texts based on Mathnawi. Rumi has also made special mention of physicianschr('39') responsibilities and ethical duties in the stories of pulmonology, physiology, herbal therapy, routine treatment, and etc. In The story of ldquo;King and Handmaiden rdquo;, Confidentiality, Compassion, Kindness, and the expertise of saint against Handmaiden are issues that they are discussing in medical ethics. At the end of the story, audiences unbelievably are evaluating the performance of saint as opposed to the spirit of Hippocratic oath. In the story of ldquo;the old man and the physician rdquo;; deficiency of the communication between physician and patient is very definite. Not building trust and emotional communication in the relationship between the physician and the patient, specifically at the very first time which has happened without semiology has provided the context in which the patient distrust his physician and is not pleased with the treatment process. In the story of ldquo;Man who was desperately ill rdquo;, the physician has hidden the secret and also he has not given a clear and enough explanation for the prescription, therefore the patientchr('39')s life is endangered.​
