بررسی شجاعت اخلاقی و عوامل پیشگویی‌کننده‌ی آن در پرستاران بیمارستان بقیه‌الله(عج)، در سال 1398

شجاعت اخلاقی، ﺗﻮاﻧﺎیﯽ ﻏﻠﺒﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺮس و انجام عمل درست ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﻋﺘﻘﺎدات اخلاقی، علی‌رغم وﺟﻮد ﺧﻄﺮات ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮه، اﺳﺖ. ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران، ﺑﻪ‌ﻋﻨﻮان عاملان اخلاقی، ﺑﺮای ﻣﺪیﺮیﺖ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ معضلات اخلاقی و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ‌ای ﺑﻪ ﺑﯿﻤﺎران، ﻧﯿﺎزﻣﻨﺪ ﺷﺠﺎﻋﺖ اخلاقی‌اند؛ لذا، مطالعه‌ی پیشِ رو، با هدف بررسی شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران و عوامل پیشگویی‌کننده‌ی آن به انجام رسید. در این مطالعه‌ی مقطعی‌توصیفی که در سال 1398 صورت گرفت، جامعه‌ی پژوهش، همه‌ی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان بقیه‌الله(عج) بود. بعد از توضیح اهداف و اخذ رضایت شرکت در پژوهش، 220 نفر از پرستاران، به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌ی شجاعت اخلاقی صدوقی اصل بود. بعد از توزیع پرسش‌نامه، 187 نمونه، پرسش‌نامه را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین نمره‌ی شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران، برابر با 37/413، با انحراف معیار 70/46 بود. 5/30 درصد نمونه‌ها شجاعت اخلاقی متوسط داشتند و 5/69درصد از شجاعت اخلاقی بالا برخوردار بودند. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل و آنوا نشان داد که بین متغیر وضعیت استخدامی با شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران، رابطه‌ی آماری معنی‌داری وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه و چالش‌های اخلاقی بسیاری که در حرفه‌ی پرستاری وجود دارد، توجه هرچه بیشتر به مقوله‌ی شجاعت اخلاقی و عوامل مرتبط با آن و ارائه‌ی راهکارهایی برای بهبود آن، باید در راس توجه سازمان بهداشتی و مدیران پرستاری قرار گیرد.

Investigation of Moral Courage and Its Predictive Factors in Nurses of Baqiyatallah Hospital in 2019

Moral courage is the ability to overcome fear and performing the right action based on moral beliefs despite the potential danger. Nurses, as moral agents, need moral courage to properly manage moral problems and make a professional commitment to patients. Therefore, the above study was conducted to investigate the moral courage of nurses and related factors. In this descriptive crosssectional study conducted in 2019, the research population was all nurses working in Baqiyatallah Hospital. After explaining the objectives of the study and obtaining the consent of the research, 220 nurses were selected as available samples. The data collection tool was Sadooghiasl questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, they completed 187 sample questionnaires. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that the mean score of nurseschr('39') moral courage was 413.37 with a standard deviation of 46.70. Thirty percent had moderate moral courage and 69.5% had high moral courage. The results of the independent Ttest and ANOVA showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variable employment status and the moral courage of nurses. Considering the results of this study and the many ethical challenges that exist in the nursing profession, the issue of moral courage and related factors and providing solutions to improve it, should be at the forefront of the health organization and nursing managers.
