تبیین معنای متغیرهای روانشناختی در حساسیت اخلاقی از دیدگاه کادر درمان اتاق عمل

چکیده
|
حساسیت اخلاقی یکی از معیارهای مهم در اصول اخلاق حرفهای است که درونمایهی تعدادی از ابعاد آن روانشناسی است؛ لذا این تحقیق با هدف تبیین معنای حساسیت اخلاقی با تاکید بر ابعاد روانشناختی آن از دیدگاه کادر درمان اتاق عمل صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش کیفی، مصاحبهای نیمهساختاریافته و عمیق با یازده تن از کادر درمان اتاق عمل بیمارستان امامخمینی(ره) انجام شد؛ همچنین، تجزیه و تحلیل محتوا به روش استراوس و کوربین انجام گرفت. نتایج مطالعهی اخیر، سه درونمایهی متغیرهای محیطی، مشکلات فردی و بینفردی و حقوق متقابل بیمار و کادر درمان را شامل میشود. ابعاد حساسیت اخلاقی عبارت بودند از: میزان احترام به استقلال مددجو، میزان آگاهی از نحوهی ارتباط با بیمار، میزان دانش حرفهای، تجربهی مشکلات و کشمکشهای اخلاقی، بهکارگیری مفاهیم اخلاقی در تصمیمگیریهای اخلاقی و صداقت و خیرخواهی. مشاهدات ما اختلاف دیدگاه کادر درمان را از ابعاد مختلف موضوع »حساسیت اخلاقی « با آنچه بهواقع در متون ذکر شده است، نشان میدهد؛ تاآنجاکه بسیاری از مصاحبهشوندگان حساسیت اخلاقی را، آنچه موجب رنجش شخص آنها میشود، برداشت کردند.

Explanation of Psychological Variables’ Meaning in Moral Sensitivity from the Perspective of Operating Room Treatment Staff

Abstract
|
Moral sensitivity is one of the important criteria in the principles of professional ethics and psychology is the theme of some of its dimensions, thus the aim of this study was to explain meaning of moral sensitivity by emphasizing on its psychological dimensions from the perspective of operating room treatment staff. In this quantitative research, a semistructured and indepth interview was conducted with a total of 11 operating room treatment staff. Content analysis was carried out by Strauss and Corbin method. Output of the recent study includes three themes of environmental variables, individual and interpersonal events and problems, and the reciprocal rights of the patient and medical staff. Dimensions of moral sensitivity included degree of respect for the clientchr('39')s independence, level of awareness about how to communicate with the patient, level of professional knowledge, experience of moral problems and conflicts, use of ethical concepts in moral decisions, and honesty and benevolence. Our observations revealed difference between views of the staff from various dimensions of moral sensitivity with what is actually mentioned in the texts. To the extent that many of the interviewees perceived moral sensitivity as something that offends them personally.
