بررسی فراز و فرود جایگاه پزشکان خاندان بُختیشوع در دستگاه خلافت عباسی (132تا447ق)

پزشکان خاندان بختیشوع، ابتدا، با هدف طبابت وارد دربار عباسی شدند؛ اما اندکی بعد، در سایه‌ی دانش پزشکی و تبحر خود، قدرت و ثروتی زیاد به دست آوردند و درگیر مناسبات قدرت در دربار شدند. آنان توانستند جایگاه و موقعیتی والا در دربار عباسی کسب کنند؛ اما پیوسته جایگاهی متزلزل داشتند و گاه، در اوج قدرت و گاه، در حضیض ذلت بودند؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر به روش تاریخی و با رویکردی توصیفی‌تحلیلی، در پی پاسخ به این پرسش است که چه عواملی بر مناسبات پزشکان خاندان بختیشوع با دستگاه خلافت عباسی موثر بوده است. مدعای پژوهش این است که نیاز خلفا به درمان، زمینه‌ی ورود پزشکان خاندان بختیشوع را به دستگاه خلافت فراهم کرد و به حضور آنان در دربار قوّت بخشید. عواملی مانند موفقیت این پزشکان در طبابت، قدرت خلفا در حمایت از آنان و تهدید درباریان دیگر، جایگاه این پزشکان را دچار نوسان می‌کرد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که پزشکان، با بهره‌مندی از دانش پزشکی، چنان در خلفا اثر داشتند که به‌عنوان یکی از بازیگران اصلی عرصه‌ی سیاست مطرح می‌شدند؛ به‌گونه‌ای‌که در عزل و نصب خلفا، مسمومیت و قتل آنان نقشی بسزا داشتند و می‌توانستند با فروگذاشتن مداوای آنان، زمینه را برای به ‌قدرت‌ رسیدن فرد مطبوع خود فراهم کنند؛ همچنین، با تنزل جایگاه، زندانی و گاه، تبعید می‌شدند و یا حتی به قتل می‌رسیدند.

Investigating the Ups and Downs of the Position of the Doctors of the Bukhtishu Dynasty In the Abbasi Caliphate Oeriod (132 to 447 AH)

The physicians of the Bukhtishu dynasty first entered the Abbasi court with the aim of practicing medicine; but soon after, thanks to their medical knowledge and skills, they gained a lot of power and wealth and became involved in power relations at court. Although they were able to gain a high position in the Abbasid court; but their position was constantly unstable, and sometimes they were at the peak of power and sometimes at the bottom of humiliation. Therefore, the present study, with a historical method and a descriptiveanalytical approach, seeks to answer the question: what factors have been effective on the relationship between the physicians of the Bukhtishu dynasty and the Abbasid Caliphate? The claim of the research is that the need of the caliphs for treatment provided the background for the entry of the doctors of Bukhtishu dynasty to the caliphate system and strengthened their presence in the court. Factors such as the success of these physicians in medicine, the power of the caliphs in supporting them; other threats from courtiers also fluctuated the status of these physicians. The findings of the study indicate that physicians with the benefit of medical knowledge had such an effect on the caliphs that they were considered as one of the main actors in politics, so they play an important role in the removal and installation of caliphs, poisoning and killing of them. They could pave the way for their conditioned person to come to power by abandoning their treatment; they were also degraded, imprisoned, and sometimes exiled or even killed.
