ارتباط اخلاق حرفه‌ای با هوش معنوی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان، در سال 1397

رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر هوش معنوی، زمینه‌ساز رفاه و رضایتمندی بیماران است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط اخلاق حرفه‌ای و هوش معنوی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان در سال 1397 انجام شده است. در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی‌هم‌بستگی، 150 نفر از دانشجویان مشغول به تحصیل در سال آخر پزشکی، به‌صورت سرشماری، وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار استفاده‌شده، پرسش‌نامه‌های هوش معنوی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای بود. داده‌ها با spssنسخه‌ی 22 و با استفاده از آزمون تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و ضریب هم‌بستگی پیرسون، تجزیه و تحلیل شد. میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره‌ی اخلاق حرفه‌ای 2/6 ± 72/57 و هوش معنوی دانشجویان 3/12 ±97/73 بود. کمترین نمره‌ی اخلاق حرفه‌ای، در حیطه‌ی مسئولیت‌پذیری و بیشترین آن، همدردی با دیگران بود؛ همچنین، رابطه‌ی مثبت معنی‌داری بین نمره‌ی اخلاق حرفه‌ای با هوش معنوی دانشجویان وجود داشت (001/0=p). این بدان معناست که با آموزش و تقویت هوش معنوی دانشجویان در طول تحصیل، می‌توان انتظار داشت اخلاق حرفه‌ای آن‌ها در طی کار بالینی و ارتباط حرفه‌ای با بیمار افزایش یابد. به این منظور، تاکید استادان بر جنبه‌های آموزش‌های کاربردی اخلاقی، خصوصاً، طی آموزش بالینی و همچنین، تکریم الگوهای معنوی، به‌عنوان شالوده‌ی آموزش اخلاق، در طی تحصیل دانشجویان، امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Relationship between Professional Ethics and Spiritual Intelligence of Medical Students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2018

Adherence to professional ethics based on spiritual intelligence is conducive to patient welfare and satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between professional ethics and spiritual intelligence of Kerman University of Medical Sciences' students. In this descriptive co relational study, 150 undergraduate medical students were enrolled in the census. The tools used were spiritual intelligence and professional ethics questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 22 using independent ttest, oneway ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The mean and standard deviation of professional ethics score was 57.72 ±6.2 and the spiritual intelligence of students was 73.97 ±12 12.3. The lowest score of professional ethics was in the area of ​​responsibility and the most in sympathy with others. There was also a significant positive relationship between professional ethics scores and students' spiritual intelligence (P = 0.001). This means that by educating and enhancing students 'spiritual intelligence during their studies, one can expect to increase students' professional ethics during clinical work and professional communication with the patient. To this end, teachers' emphasis on aspects of ethical applied education, especially during clinical education, as well as honoring spiritual patterns as the foundation of ethical education during college education seems necessary.
