آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد در مورد پیشگیری از covid-19 در سال 1400

مقدمه و هدف: پاندمی کووید 19 که در سال 2019 اتفاق افتاد یک مسئله بهداشتی حیاتی در سراسر جهان بود. دانشجویان پزشکی در زمینه آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد نسبت‌به این پاندمی باید مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آگاهی،  نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد طراحی و اجرا شد.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1400 انجام شد. کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند پس از نمونه‌گیری وارد مطالعه شدند. این دانشجویان پرسشنامه آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد نسبت‌به پیشگیری از کووید 19 که روایی و پایایی آن سنجیده شده بود را تکمیل کردند. اطلاعات این پرسشنامه‌ها وارد نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 26 شده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.نتایج: در این مطالعه 170 دانشجو وارد مطالعه شدند. میانگین نمره آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد دانشجویان به‌ترتیب 20.70 (از 25)، 11.42 (از 13) و 53.50 (از 60) بوده است. بین میانگین نمره آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد نسبت‌به پیشگیری از کووید 19 در دانشجویان برحسب جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل و مقطع تحصیلی ارتباط معنا‌داری وجود داشت (p<0.05). افزایش آگاهی با افزایش نگرش و عملکرد همراه بود.نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد که دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه شاهد از آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مطلوب و بالایی نسب‌‌به پیشگیری از بیماری کووید 19 برخوردار هستند.

knowledge, attitude, and performance of medical students of shahed university in prevention of covid-19 in 2021

background and objective: covid-19 pandemic that occurred in 2019 was a critical health issue worldwide. medical students should be evaluated in terms of awareness, attitude and performance towards this pandemic. this study was designed and implemented with the aim of investigating the knowledge, attitude and performance of medical students of shahed university.materials and methods: this cross-sectional study was conducted in 2021. all medical students of shahed university who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study after sampling. these students completed the questionnaire of knowledge, attitude and performance towards the prevention of covid-19, whose validity and reliability were measured. the information of these questionnaires was entered into spss software version 26 and subjected to statistical analysis.results: in this study, 170 students were included. the average score of students’ knowledge, attitude and performance was 20.70 (out of 25), 11.42 (13) and 53.50 (out of 60), respectively. there was a significant relationship between mean score of knowledge, attitude and performance towards the prevention of covid-19 in students according to gender, marital status and educational level (p<0.05). increased awareness was associated with increased attitude and performance.conclusion: : this study showed that the medical students of shahed university have good and high knowledge, attitude and performance towards the prevention of covid-19 disease.
