بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در دندان‌پزشکان عمومی سطح شهر ایلام در سال 1399

مقدمه و هدف: دندان‌پزشکان به علت ویژگی‌های شغلی خود در معرض خطر بیشتری جهت ابتلا به اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی قرار دارند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی توزیع و شدت درد اسکلتی–عضلانی در نقاط مختلف بدن در بین دندان‌پزشکان عمومی شهر ایلام در سال 1399 است. مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی است به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه نوردیک استفاده شد. دندان‌پزشکانی که معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند، شامل: دارا بودن حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار در حرفه دندان‌پزشکی عمومی و نداشتن مدرک تخصصی دندانپزشکی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. همچنین اطلاعات دموگرافیک از طریق پرسشنامه خودگزارشی جمع آوری شد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 18 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج: آزمودنی‌ها شامل 33 مرد و 20 زن با میانگین سنی 36-26 سال و میانگین سابقه کاری 10-2 سال بودند. میزان فعالیت آنها 7/84 ساعت در روز و تعداد ویزیت 10/47 نفر بود و bmi آنها 23/13 گزارش شد. نتایج ارزیابی نمره ارزیابی سریع کل بدن (reba) نشان داد که به ترتیب 43/4 درصد در محدوده ریسک بالا و تغییر در آینده نزدیک، 30/2 درصد در محدوده ریسک متوسط و نیاز به تغییر، 17 درصد از دندان‌پزشکان در محدوده ریسک بسیار بالا و سطح اقدامات اصلاحی سریعا نیاز به تغییر، 3/8 درصد در محدوده ریسک کم و احتمال نیاز به تغییر قرار داشتند. همچنین بیشترین فراوانی درد در 12 ماه گذشته مربوط به ناحیه گردن با 52/8 درصد بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که میزان شیوع و سطح ریسک بروز اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی در دندان‌پزشکان در سطح بالایی قرار دارد. به منظور کاهش میزان بروز اختلالات، انجام اقدامات اصلاحی هر چه سریعتر در آینده نزدیک ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

evaluation of prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in general dentists in ilam city in 2020

background and objective: due to their occupational characteristics, dentists are at a higher risk of musculoskeletal disorders. the purpose of this study was to investigate the distribution and intensity of musculoskeletal pain in different parts of the body among general dentists in ilam city in 2020.materials and methods: the present study was a descriptive cross-sectional study. the nordic questionnaire was used. dentists, who met the criteria for entering the study, were evaluated. these criteria include the following: having at least 2 years of work experience in the profession of general dentistry and not having a specialized degree in dentistry. demographic information were also collected through a self-report questionnaire. data were analyzed using spss 18.results: the subjects included 33 men and 20 women with a mean age of 29-36 years and a mean work experience of 2-10 years. they were active for 7.84 hours a day with 10.47 visits and a bmi of 23.13. the results of rapid entire body assessment (reba) score evaluation showed that 43.4% of participants were in the high risk range and change in the near future, 30.2% in the medium risk range and need to change, 17% of dentists in the very high risk range and the level of corrective measures need to change quickly, 3.8% were in the low risk range and the likelihood of needing change. also, the highest frequency of pain in the last 12 months was related to the neck area with 52.8%.conclusion: the results of the study showed that the prevalence and level of risk of musculoskeletal disorders in dentists is at a high level. in order to reduce the incidence of disorders, it seems necessary to take corrective measures as soon as possible.
